Very nice family stay! The welcome, the location, the restaurant staff, everything was great!

It was in 1 word WONDERFUL. How much we enjoyed the accommodation, facilities, nature because you are in the middle of it and the friendliness of the staff. Definitely recommended. Also for campers a beautiful place with beautiful large pitches. Highly recommended and we will definitely return!

Super clean, super friendly, and dog heaven! We absolutely loved this campsite. Everything was incredibly clean – like, seriously spotless. What made it even better? Our dog wasn’t just allowed – she was totally welcomed. Bowls, bins, even some staff handing out treats. And honestly, everyone there was just so nice and chill. Felt like a little friendly village. Can’t wait to come back!

As always, everything was great. This is our third time there, first in a mobile home and now with a caravan, and we always feel very comfortable.

We stayed at this campsite over Easter. The premium pitches are really nice and well located, would recommend paying the extra. What is a bit strange is that there is no soap in the toilets / showers. That there are also no hand dryers or hair dryers is a pity at this price. There was supposed to be a shuttle to the sea, but when asked we were only told that it was not yet available. Probably between May and July. Also a pity at this price. The pool was also closed. The location is ok. You can go for a hike or a walk. Unfortunately there are only 1-2 restaurants which are within walking distance. There are many dogs on the campsite. So rather dog friendly.

This is the 7th visit to huttopia and we continue to love every time. Our tent cabin was equipped with everything we'd need and perfectly located, we were directly on the lake perfect for sunset aperos. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Caroline. Our cat ran away the first night and they helped us try to find him! (We did find him, so all is well!) The facilities here are newer than some other locations, which was really nice too. We were there off season so there weren't many services running except the reception area, the self service ganes, the laundry room and the fresh bread and pastries orders. The lake is beautiful and full of fish, making it a great spot for fisherman. And just nearby on foot is a full vacation canter with a variety of sporting and leisure activities. This is a great location, I highly recommend it!

How much we enjoyed it! It took some searching which exit to take. But clean and neat cottage for the four of us. Nice entertainment program for the kids. Friendly reception and nice base for days out.

Great nature locations.

Nice cottages. Nice beds and nice sturdy furniture. Cottage was adjacent to the playground however this turned out to be a water playground which really got them soaking wet. A tip: bring wellies and a waterproof suit. A regular playground with slide etc. Is a lot more convenient with the often chilly weather in the Netherlands. Catering is very poor. Bread roll with croquette in the cafeteria was moldy, soft ice machine was out and employee did not know how to turn it on, in the restaurant we had to wait half an hour before we got a menu while the restaurant was almost empty. Food is expensive for what you get (20 euros for a hamburger with very little fries and no salad or anything). Roll service on Sundays and holidays not possible. And unfortunately no supermarket available. All in all a nice park but because the catering was so bad and we missed some things / did not find useful we will not come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Showers are €1 for 6 minutes. Hot water for washing up was €0.5. The cycle tent pitches were very small. The onsite restaurant had great food, but very overpriced drinks. Mainly for caravans.

Beautiful, friendly, especially very clean campground. We are on 440. Big spot in the corner by the water, ideal. My son and husband have the rods out every day in front of the tent and have caught quite a few. Everything here is well maintained and very neatly laid out. It really is a "nice weather" campground though. We now have a few days of bad weather and then there is not much to do here. Miss some kind of indoor playground or something. Outdoor pool is heated, not big but fun for the kids. Petting zoo across the street. Plenty to do in the area. We are in a very quiet week, many places still free. Location good, you can walk to the center of Ommen. Cozy center, fine restaurants. Snack bar at the campsite is also very good. Conclusion: definitely recommended especially when the weather is nicer. 4 stars because of the road that runs alongside the campsite which does give some nuisance which makes the peace somewhat lost and with bad weather not much to do.

Price performance completely in order, good children's activities on site, playground, swimming pool, pony rides, Bimmelbahn etc.. There is a café and a snack bar. A campsite but also with log cabins that you can rent.
