Camping de l'Ill - ColmarA beautiful campsite right on the river! We were there in December - despite the cold, the atmosphere was simply fantastic and very idyllic. The sanitary facilities were always very clean and pleasantly heated, which is really a big plus in winter. We received a warm welcome at reception and not only French and Italian were spoken, but also German. We found it particularly positive that the staff took a lot of time and gave us valuable tips on how best to get to the Christmas markets in Colmar. Very practical: you could pre-order bread rolls for breakfast at reception. There is also a large supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity, so getting supplies is no problem at all. Overall, a very well-kept, well-organized campsite with a great location and friendly, helpful staff. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

Ein wunderschöner Campingplatz direkt am Fluss! Wir waren im Dezember dort – trotz der Kälte war die Atmosphäre einfach traumhaft und sehr idyllisch. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren jederzeit sehr sauber und angenehm beheizt, was im Winter wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. An der Rezeption wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es wurde nicht nur Französisch und Italienisch, sondern auch Deutsch gesprochen. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass sich die Mitarbeiter viel Zeit genommen haben und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben haben, wie man am besten zu den Weihnachtsmärkten in Colmar kommt. Sehr praktisch: An der Rezeption konnte man Brötchen für das Frühstück vorbestellen. Zusätzlich befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein großer Supermarkt sowie ein Bäcker, sodass die Versorgung überhaupt kein Problem ist. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegter, gut organisierter Campingplatz mit toller Lage und freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Bad HoophuizenThe location of EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen is very beautiful and the park is well suited for a vacation with a dog. I was there with my dog for a few days at the beginning of December 2025. Unfortunately, the Green Villa I rented was very unhygienic and not properly cleaned on arrival (including hair in the bed, dirty pots and lots of dust/dirt). Although I was offered a rectification, I did not accept it for personal reasons. In addition, several shortcomings only became apparent during my stay. Due to the sensitive, unhygienic conditions, I cleaned them myself instead, which subsequently meant that I was not given any compensation for the cleaning. Even the owners of the Green Villa are of the opinion that I would have been entitled to a refund due to the unclean condition. However, EuroParcs insists that this is no longer possible, which I feel is not customer-oriented and not visitor-friendly. After viewing the pictures (20+) and talking to them, I was assured that the case would be discussed with the management and that I would receive prompt feedback. However, even after more than two weeks, I had not received any feedback, so I finally decided to contact them again by phone to find out the final decision from EuroParcs. This is not the way you want your vacation to start - all in all, it was very unfortunate, which is particularly unfortunate as the resort itself has real potential.

Die Lage des EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen ist sehr schön und der Park eignet sich gut für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Ich war dort mit meinem Hund für ein paar Tage Anfang Dezember 2025. Leider war die von mir gemietete Green Villa bei Ankunft sehr unhygienisch und nicht ordentlich gereinigt (u. a. Haare im Bett, schmutzige Töpfe und viel Staub/Dreck). Eine Nachbesserung wurde zwar angeboten, diese habe ich jedoch aus privaten Gründen nicht angenommen. Zudem sind mehrere Mängel erst im Laufe des Aufenthalts aufgefallen. Aufgrund der sensiblen, unhygienischen Zustände habe ich stattdessen selbst gereinigt, was jedoch im Nachhinein dazu führte, dass mir keine Entschädigung für die Reinigung gewährt wurde. Selbst die Eigentümer der Green Villa sind der Meinung, dass mir aufgrund des unsauberen Zustands eine Rückerstattung zugestanden hätte. EuroParcs beharrt jedoch darauf, dass dies nicht mehr möglich sei, was ich als wenig kundenorientiert und nicht besucherfreundlich empfinde. Nach Einsicht der Bilder (20+)und den geführten Gesprächen wurde mir zugesichert, dass der Fall mit dem Management besprochen werde und ich zeitnah eine Rückmeldung erhalte. Diese Rückmeldung blieb jedoch auch nach über zwei Wochen aus, sodass ich mich schließlich selbst dazu entschieden habe, nochmals telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, um mir selbst die finale Entscheidung seitens EuroParcs mitteilen zu lassen. So wünscht man sich keinen Start in den Urlaub – insgesamt ist dieser leider sehr unglücklich verlaufen, was besonders schade ist, da der Ort an sich wirklich Potenzial hat.
