The campground is located next to a beautiful nature reserve, the Aguamolls des Emporda. Right in front of the campground entrance is a new bird-watching hide. You can see flamingos and many other species of birds.

Great location—Sarlat is within walking distance, and there’s plenty to see in the area. Be warned: it’s quite a climb, so this isn’t for people who have trouble walking. We were pleasantly surprised by the new, very comfortable (and very clean) accommodations. Too bad the tennis court has been replaced by a volleyball court. On the plus side, they added gravel to the path leading to the accommodation—we’d stayed here two years ago, and it used to be a bit slippery because of the mud. It’s a little more expensive than other places at this time of year, but we weren’t disappointed, and the other options were further out of the way.

Had to pay extra for towels. The beds weren't made. The location isn't exactly great either. The room was dusty and not well-maintained. Too expensive for what you get.

Beautiful location. They really are tiny cottages with tiny beds. Nice bathroom and kitchen. You can order pizza on the weekends. There’s a store 3 km away. Large playground, and another large playground/restaurant in the woods next door.
