The hotel was okay, but the service was terrible. Especially when it came to selling ski passes. My son was assisted by a trainee while purchasing ski passes. On the slopes, it turned out to be inoperable. With a small child, he could only buy another one on the slopes. A complaint was filed at the hotel, which was ignored, and two days later, upon returning to Poland, he was ordered to present the faulty ski pass. That was simply impossible. It was all a bit disappointing, especially since we booked an apartment for a whole week and spent six days buying ski passes for seven people. Due to the service and customer service, I do not recommend this campsite. Hotel ok. Lecz obsługa fatalna. Szczególnie jeśli chodzi o sprzedaż skipass. Syn w trakcie zakupu obsługiwany był przez praktykanta. Na stoku okazało się że nie działa. Będąc z małym dzieckiem jedynie mógł kupić kolejny przy stoku. Złożona reklamacja w hotelu została olana a po dwóch dniach w trakcie powrotu do Polski określono mu aby przedstawił wadliwy karnet. No było to już raczej nie możliwe. Trochę to wszystko słabe tym bardziej że wykupiliśmy apartament na cały tydzień i przez 6 dni kupowaliśmy u nich skipass dla 7 osób. Z uwagi na obsługę i podejście do klienta nie polecam tego campingu.

I am writing this review while we are still here. A great view of the Biggesee, the chalet is top equipped and super modern furnished and also offers enough storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and utensils. There is also a parking space directly at the chalet. We are very satisfied 😊

Beautiful cottage, prime location. Perfect for the two of us to unwind. We enjoyed!

Pleasantly surprised. The 6-person chalet was clean, modern, fairly quiet and the staff were always ready to help.

What a great TopParken! Super nice neat chalets and neat park! Restaurant was good and price:quality on the high side. Were called the day before that we already could in cottage at 12 o'clock! Beds are good but in our house very thin pillows, but pillow on couch sufficed as a sleeping pillow! Maybe this just point of attention! Furthermore, no comments! Top spot! Top spot

Lovely quiet, small park. For us with 2 dogs fine, close to beach fine walks done. Cottage was luxurious and modern. In short for us it was fine!

Très chouette lodge avec un service super. L’endroit est très agréable et le petit déjeuner y est bon. Deux points à améliorer : pour des lodges écologiques, il serait intéressant d’avoir des poubelles pour faire le tri en chambre. Il serait aussi plus pratique d’avoir quelques assiettes ou des plateaux pour les déjeuners en chambre. Deux petites choses à améliorer pour la 5 étoiles ! Merci encore

A very nice forest location! with super cottages, everything is in them. from dishwasher to oven. The rooms were super nicely furnished, very stylish! the beds were nice and everything looked super clean (which is very nice of course). The staff was there for me when I had questions and I got a new glass within 5 minutes when I saw that a glass was cracked. super quick to arrange. I will definitely go back again!

Super campsite with everything you need. But, dear Marinateam, it must be possible to offer different payment options when booking, not everyone has a credit card, it would be really great if you would add that.

This campsite is in a really quiet location, surrounded by hills, and there is also easy access to the beach. The sanitary facilities are modern with toilet paper and soap provided. The village of Las Negras is an easy walk, as long as you don't mind a hill, and there you'll find restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The area is in a natural park and there is good, scenic walking.

Great place for celebrating birthday or just playing on the weekend.Not so big so you can easily track your child.The place is very clean.There is also garden outside but I didn't make it there because of the weather!
