Mioi house close to the beach.

The hotel was clean and cozy, with all necessary utilities available. The location was very nice and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that you need to bring your own towel. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I was pleased with: Environment

There were some nice pitches, the renovated areas are done well. My pitch421, was a hole and on a steep slope. During the night it rained and we ended up in a puddle of mudo....

What a wonderful time we had here! Slowing down...a buzzword...here you are forced into it unforced...getting warm by chopping your own wood to keep your stoveke crackling and taking care of it. Enjoying the hot tub by heating the water with maintaining your own fire. Waiting, that's what you learn here (again)...waiting together...💞

4-day vacation during the Christmas season. Booked chalet 4 places, surrounded by olive trees, well clean,tidy, quiet and comfortable. The campground is 10 minutes from beautiful San Marino, which of course we visited. We would like to return in the summer, because convenient to reach Rimini, is about twenty minutes. Reception and courtesy, excellent! I recommend it

Last weekend at the Forest Grove. We were in a beautiful cottage where we were on a corner and really had our own private garden with the hot tub. The hot tub did smell like old water and it was missing an instruction manual but fortunately that soon came good. The cottage itself was also nicely set up inside with a nice kitchen and furniture. We did miss the dishwasher. Furthermore, you could easily order French fries from the park and the park is located in a beautiful area near Apeldoorn, Loenen and Zutphen but a little further drive and you're already in Deventer or Hardewijk. So highly recommended!

Our stay was fantastic, the park very good (was Roompot; now Landal). Belvilla was a drama; book this park nice somewhere else.

We came mainly for the hot tub. Cottage was pretty ok, but not clean. Hot tub was broken, the hose was frozen broken and the hot tub itself absolutely not clean. Our report about the broken hot tub was received by customer service with shrugging of shoulders and a 'we don't determine the weather'. No help no solutions. When we offered to defrost ourselves and asked for a new hose they wanted to help us but no hose came. The service after that got worse and worse. I didn't say anything about the dirt and t dust. Stayed 4 days, 4 days no hot tub. I would still be called by management, but no manager heard yet. Nature was beautiful

Well-kept campsite a 15-minute walk from the center of Ypres.

Very nice campsite. Unfortunately the prices are a bit expensive for my taste. But where is it different at the moment?

We will very probably not come back. An hour after our arrival, the heating in the house still hadn't warmed up, at -2 degrees outside, and when we went to reception it was already closed. Several employees were obviously still working behind the curtains and ignored us. After knocking several times on various doors, we were turned away in a totally unfriendly manner and had to put up with the employee's bad mood. Anything but customer-friendly. As no one from EuroParcs came to look at the heating and its error message after several hours, we had to get creative ourselves and after several hours we were able to heat the house to a barely bearable temperature. Unfortunately the house doesn't look anything like the pictures on the internet.
