Some spacious sites for touring caravans. Places for campers, and for tents. Also tents for rent. Furthermore, many annual pitches. Neat plumbing. Showering costs 0.50 for two minutes. Unfortunately it takes a minute and a half before the first hot water comes, so that's not very good. They need to do something about that! So your first coin (max 5) is a waste of money for COLD water! There is a little restaurant, where you can eat a simple meal, really tasty and very affordable.

We had a great 2-week vacation at this campsite: the pitches are clean and the sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly. Lots of services available at reception. The pool was very spacious, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only problem was that small objects such as children's toys could escape through holes in the paddling pool. The price of the campsite and fridge rentals may be a little high. But if you're well equipped, you'll enjoy your stay.

Excellent holiday site with lots of amenities swimming pool very good restaurant and bike hire. Also the staff are very very friendly and not do enough to help you.

My vacation oasis, simply everything you need, friendly nice staff, helpful, very well-kept clean facility, always happy to return!

Strengths: the setting, clean, functional and well-equipped accommodation, free or very affordable activities available, proximity to tourist sites and beaches. Negative points: lack of garbage cans in the campsite, high pet fees (12€ per pet per day) and no Cani-espace and excrement bag available, cold outdoor pool, mini-market too small with high prices.

Somehow I can't share all the bad reviews. Our mobile home was clean and the beds were comfortable for us. Of course there could be soap or washing-up liquid but I don't think it's necessary. You actually look after yourself. We booked air conditioning and breakfast in advance. The one day the air conditioning didn't work, we called the reception and they would have sent someone straight away. But then we managed it ourselves. The breakfast is varied and we found it very good. There is definitely something for everyone. The animation team is super nice and approaches the children and manages to animate even shy children. Our older one was surprised playing soccer outside and they just played soccer for half an hour. Our daughter has a genetic defect, which is why she is very limited. But that didn't bother the entertainment team. They danced very gently with our daughter and interacted with her. So big praise to the entertainment team. Bathing caps yes, we also thought at first ... uuuuh annoying but you can buy them on site and you get used to them, we were more at the beach anyway. Which is also very clean and big. All in all, our vacation was super nice, relaxing and action-packed. Thank you!

Amazing place.

Our stay at The IJssel Islands was really successful. The apartment was neat, fully equipped and parking was possible at the cottage. The renovated restaurant surprised us with tasty cuisine. The staff also stood out for their cordiality. In addition, when the weather is nice, there is plenty of opportunity for swimming, boating or other water sports. After a few days we felt completely relaxed again.
