All tidy and clean, very nice people from the first day you arrive both the reception area, as the bar area.very attentive animators with children, the only downside I put is the tipis cabin that was where we stayed very light at dawn and a little noise as it passes the highway next door.for a weekend is great.for a weekend is great.

Reception staff 10 out of 10, Bungalows of just the right size and lack of tools. Bar/restaurant closed despite the campsite being open.

Good and neat

We enjoyed it very much! Nice how the place creates the feeling of being away from everything for a while, yet close by and with all the comforts. The various facilities are all very well cared for and maintained, and everything has been thought of. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Many thanks! Nice place, near Braunlage. Very nice staff. The restaurant has delicious home cooking. The fried potatoes are simply delicious

Although the campground was closed, I was allowed to stay with the RV for one night, including electricity. Kind and welcoming service. We will be back

We had a Tiny House, me and my son. Such a Tiny House is fine with just two people, more people would be difficult. Unfortunately, there were some downsides. Upon arrival, the key safe did not work. At least, the code we got by email didn't work. So calling. Took quite a long time for them to get out. Eventually it turned out that they had emailed us the wrong number.... The Tiny House: The bathroom was not cleaned properly. It had probably been cleaned, but then 'just a quick wipe through', because there were still dirty brown edges under the toilet seat, and there were still beard hairs on the window frame from shaving. So there was absolutely no proper hygienic cleaning. The bathroom door is an old sliding door that constantly falls off the railing because the guide underneath is broken. Especially with child(ren) this is simply dangerous. At the edge of the kitchen worktop is a raised brown edge of trespa or something, this just does not look nice and fresh. On the 3rd day of our 4-day stay we thought we would light the pellet stove. This turned out to be a disaster. After an hour it gave a fault flue, and thick white smoke came out of the chimney. After a few minutes, thick smoke also came out of the unit itself, and turned the whole house blue. Everything we took with us now stank terribly. Since it was the penultimate day, we decided not to report this immediately (was already late, and for us not to fix anyway) upon departure, along with the other complaints. Oh yes, the tennis court: on one side moss is growing on the court, making the surface dangerously slippery. My son slipped nastily twice, resulting in broken pants. Also reported this on departure. Are there any positives? Yes. Car can be parked next to the cottage, nice. The pool is fine. The park is quiet and neat. The park has exits directly to beautiful hiking and biking trails. Beautiful nature, and many birds, also on the park. What I do want to note is that many dog owners, about half, do not leash their four-legged friend(s). So many stray dogs. The area is beautiful, but whether we choose this park again, I think not unfortunately.
