We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service. The sinks were clogged, and in two rooms there was no water in the showers at all. The jacuzzi was not working. There were no bed linens or towels provided. The sauna kept turning off and did not function properly.

We would also like to emphasize the terrible attitude of the staff. We complained multiple times, but no action was taken to resolve the issues.

We rented the house specifically for the sauna and jacuzzi, but unfortunately we did not receive the promised comfort and amenities. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

We went to the mobile homes, about 32 sq. m. well distributed, with 5 beds, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchenette plus a dining area and patio. Cleanliness top and heating at max, even too much, in fact we lowered the temperature immediately. Comfortable beds, but after a spa day you sink into a restful sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes cups and pots, has a kettle, lacks a coffee maker and if you want to bring Mokka from home it must be suitable for an induction hob, however. There was a new sponge for washing dishes, no soaps and detergents, yes towels and toilet paper and a broom with dustpan. In winter it is good only for a few days of relaxation at the spa, as a dormitory, in summer it is good for a few more days, being able to stay outside ... anyway I had never been in a mobile home and 4 of us had a great time

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this campsite to anyone.

After booking a pitch, it turned out that there were additional charges for washing up and hot showers.

These charges were not shown anywhere online before the booking and still are not. For me, such hidden costs are completely non-transparent and unacceptable.
I have tried to clarify the situation several times by email. As the additional charges were incomprehensible to me, I demanded a 100% refund. However, the response was extremely unprofessional and cheeky - I was told that food in restaurants is not free either. A completely inappropriate comparison that misses the real problem. And after all, you can see the card slots in the pictures.

Further emails for clarification were then ignored and I have still not received my money back.
Very disappointing customer service and lack of transparency. This is no way to treat guests.

Top park in smart location, hour drive from Amsterdam if you so just the hustle and bustle of the big city to leave this is a great piece of tranquility forest within walking distance enough nice tents within a short distance the hot tube is a nice plus

I thought it was a very nice experience and the campsites were spectacular.

Well located and nice RV sites, quite expensive, €29/night in low season.
Limited plumbing.

We had an incredibly nice stay at this park. It is without a doubt the cleanest park we have been to so far! Everything was perfectly maintained and you can really see that a lot of care and attention is given to the grounds. The cottages are beautiful, modern and comfortably furnished, which made our stay extra pleasant.

The location is ideal, close to tourist attractions, supermarkets, stores and everything you need. This made it very easy to get out and about with our family.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional. We greatly appreciated being able to check in earlier than the official check-in time. Especially since we were traveling with our two children, that was really a big plus.

The park does differ from other parks we are used to. There was no animation team present during our stay, but there is a small area where children can draw and play. Our children had a great time there. We have read that there is animation in the summer and fall, which certainly sounds nice.

This park is perfect for people looking for rest and relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. At other (Europarcs) parks without a pool guests sometimes get a free access pass to a pool nearby that would possibly be a nice addition here as well.

All in all we had a very positive experience and we would love to come back again, maybe in a season with animation to experience that too! <3
