Super nice little house with Sauna, bath and jaccuzi, service is top , respond within 1 min , nature reserve sallandse Heuvelrug around the corner. We will definitely return.

We were here last year in August for 3 weeks on vacation, at the beginning you have to praise the nice staff and the good service. Whether it was the reception or the housekeeper, everyone was very nice and spoke good English or even German. The bungalow was completely ready on arrival and very clean. The only drawback was that it could quickly become a bit cramped in the bungalow itself, but then there was the large terrace with more than enough space. Two other points of criticism are that we had no internet access for the first 6 days - probably due to a power cut. But you're not on vacation to be on your cell phone all the time. The last and probably biggest problem was that we and our neighbors had a problem with mice and rats. It was disgusting because you could hear them running under the bungalow at night. We told our contact person Sandra and traps were set up the very next day! We were offered an alternative place to stay, but we didn't accept it because we were almost at the end of our vacation at that point. Apart from that, we also received a small discount at the end due to the aforementioned problem, which is very outstanding and shows that they still value their visitors here. Otherwise we can only say that the whole campsite was very clean and we had a very nice summer here. The drive down to the campsite from the mountain takes about 20 minutes and is very steep and in some places not visible.

We actually spent a wonderful vacation at the vacation park. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The WLAN was only moderate. The reception on the terrace was already gone! Unfortunately, the footpath on the dike to Hindeloopen is closed with gates. Back then you could even cycle there! Now you have to walk along the busy road with a baby carriage. That is very dangerous! We also missed washing machines; they simply belong in a family park. We also had water in the house after it rained. Somehow some of the windows were not tight. We then reported this to reception. They gave us towels and told us that the cleaning service couldn't come because they were busy! We didn't get any help. That is not possible! Therefore house and park: 4 stars Reception: 0 stars

We very much enjoyed the beautiful and special wooden house full of light through large windows. The view from the excellent bed was on the forest which was absolutely stunning with a morning mist. Robust and romantic stay with lovely fireplace. And fortunately super clean.

During our first night the pipes were frozen from the cottage ÖÖD Suite (first picture of the cottage online is in the snow, you would think it is suitable for winter, I will come back to this later). As a result, we could no longer use the toilet, shower or faucet. This problem could not be solved and no alternative cottage of similar nature/experience was available. That something like this can happen, I can still understand. The way the management subsequently handled this I have a lot of trouble with. Instead of a reasonable solution or refund, we were asked to pay €277.50 for that half night, without a clear specification of this amount (total booking: €710 for 4 nights + €10 wood). We were not proactively contacted about this at any time. When we sought contact ourselves, we got the reception on the line and the management was "busy" and we had to try again the next day. We only received emails from the reception, which was not allowed to make decisions itself. Since the management insisted on this high amount, we felt we had to negotiate already and made a counter-proposal of €100 - an amount that we actually thought was already substantial given the situation. Following this proposal, we were informed by e-mail that the "final decision of management" was that we had to pay €147.50. Again, no specification and our counter-proposal was not addressed in substance. Among other things, not being able to flush the toilet at night (which, moreover, is not completely sealed off from the sleeping area) and not being able to shower in the morning do not seem to have been factors that management took into account. On the phone, we were even told that you don't need water at night anyway. With a few bottles of sparkling water from the reception we were helped to get through the morning - not ideal to make tea or coffee, for example, in a cottage that, moreover, could not be heated, the cottage was limitedly equipped with an air conditioner with heating function that thus did not do too much. Again, the first photo on the website shows the cottage in the snow, so we expected it to be equipped accordingly. In short: problems can arise, but the customer service and lack of accessibility, transparency and reasonableness from the management make us unable to recommend this park. Note! The mirror walls are special during the day and provide privacy as long as it is light outside and the curtains are open. However, once it is dark outside and the lights are on inside, you can see right in from outside and the mirror effect disappears completely. The cottage is located in such a way that the chances of people actually looking inside are not very high, but it still gives an uncomfortable feeling. The strangest thing we found was that the bathroom with shower is only partially covered with blinding stickers (so you can still see outside, online these stickers cannot be seen) - and these too give less privacy than you would expect, even though the neighbors on that side are quite close.

Entendre le bruit de l’eau qui coule est extrêmement apaisant, le site est magnifique et mérite d’être découvert ! La petite brasserie est chouette et propose des formules pierrades. En famille, entre amis ou en couple, vous vous y sentirez bien !
