Staying with my 7-year-old daughter, we really enjoyed this family campsite where we immediately felt at home. An exceptional setting in the shade of a lush forest. The clientele is very respectful and discreet. It's a nice change from some unpleasant campsites. A young, dynamic and friendly team who understand the principle of customer service perfectly. The pool is clean and comfortable. New sanitary facilities, always impeccable. The evening pizzas are really delicious. The beer, wine and even the ice creams are homemade. A very nice surprise. Well done 👏👏👏

I remembered a small friendly campground but it has become a large scale and modern campground. The new swimming pool is beautiful along with a nice restaurant.

We were in late June and the campground was still nice and quiet. Ask Angela about the route over the secondary around to Narni and you have a nice walk. By bike is also possible but it is quite off road. We did with 2 trekking bikes.

This campsite is in a beautiful area but we stayed in one of the cabins and I would find it hard to recommend, the site was very noisy on Saturday night with lots of drunken shouting into the early hours which kept everyone awake. After a couple of nights we realized the cabin had an ant infestation and we left a day early. The staff were helpful so this doesn't reflect on them and I imagine the camping side of the site is much nicer. The public pool is good and the noise from that wasn't an issue. The area is beautiful but next time I would stay somewhere else.

Lovely small campsite in the middle of lovely Tolne Bakker. Very natural vegetation around the different units/sections. However, a lot of mosquitoes when we were there... (but also elsewhere - and at home 🤪😆). The site is nice and free of both road noise and 'playland'; however, ropes course for the kids. Far away from the noise and activities of the city (Frederikshavn); so wonderful place if you just do NOT want to see / do a lot other than beautiful hilly cycling and hiking 😃🥰

Bedrooms a little cramped and small bed but you can sleep.

The location, the entertainment program, the playgrounds, all the possibilities to Vb bikes and go-karts to rent. Very friendly staff!

Great camping ground. We came to visit the Römö Motor Festival. From the island the drive is around 25 minutes to Ballum Camping. Many other visitors stayed here as well - because space on the island is limited.

Food is ok I eat the valdieu salad there because it is vega the cheese could be made warmer I have eaten it there a few times but is lukewarm to very lukewarm!the ice cream there is top super delicious!

Cozy, also for just a cup of coffee or ice cream!

For a 4-star resort we are not really there with value for money! Nearly 900€ for a premium x camper pitch ( week after mid-August) that I could not choose ( late comers stay badly) , not delimited, not suitable for the length of my camper. I was then given an option that I had to accept because the only one left and due to travel fatigue, but I would have liked to run away. Block bathrooms , dishes, etc. quite clean, but this also depends on 'incivility of people who do not even flush the toilet. The campsite has 4 small beaches that are not suitable to hold all the people in the village and maybe even from outside ( I understood)that it is surplus to the space of the beaches themselves. Fortunately, a quarter of an hour walk away there is a beach outside the village, quite quiet and pleasant with very nice sea.... Too bad I would have paid to use the beaches at the campsite! In one of these beaches of the village ,the one a larger, you find in charge a lifeguard a bit exalted but okay details! Regarding the indoor market I was shocked by the prices! And on some products there are no prices displayed! Products with the cost 3 times higher than normal! Considering that the location of the campsite, if you don't have a car, has no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, it seems to me that they take advantage of it a bit much! But fine the markup because there is being market inside the campsite but there are limits! Supermarket hours 7:30/13:30 17/19:30 Another thing to point out is the continuous passing of cars, which do not go slowly,I do not seem to have seen specific times to use the car, so off and on. What to say. My evaluations I hope serve for future improvement and are meant to be constructive! Price too high for the offer. The excuse that it is August is also enough!
