Some RV sites are in poor condition.

On our way to the Netherlands from Norway, with severe delays on German highways, we arrived at this campground at 5:55 p.m., completely exhausted. We found it online:
. We hadn’t read that the reception desk would close at 6:00 p.m., but that was made very clear to us right away.
We hadn’t made a reservation. We were asked if we still wanted to make one. When I asked if they had a shaded spot, we were told that we were already very late—she was about to close—so we should hurry up, and on top of that, we were making demands. “Then you should have made a reservation,” was the response.
We did eventually get a spot on a beautiful grounds, and the restrooms are very luxurious.
After such a long trip, we’d been hoping for a bite to eat at the restaurant, but that didn’t work out because the restaurant closes its kitchen at 8:00 p.m. That isn’t mentioned anywhere, by the way. It says the kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m. All in all, it was a disappointing experience for us.
It’s a beautiful campground but very strictly organized with set times, and poorly communicated.

Nice Place, But They Nickel-and-Dime You for Everything

Do not be fooled by the price you see on the website—this place is a total rip-off. They lure you in with a low base rate, but as soon as you proceed with the booking, they hit you with massive hidden costs like unexpected environmental fees, cleaning fees, and insurance.
The extra charges don't stop there. The property is completely unequipped. They actually charge you extra just for basic necessities like towels and bedsheets, and they don't even provide standard toiletries—we were left with a single roll of toilet paper!
To make matters worse, when we went to the pool, we were shocked to find out that using the sunbeds and umbrellas costs an additional fee.
While the location itself is nice, the management and service are terrible. Save your money and book somewhere else that actually respects its guests and offers honest pricing and better services.

A wonderful stay; very friendly staff; clean restrooms and pool

A really nice campground with a super nice owner who’s friendly and helpful. The location right on the lake is simply fantastic. The restroom facility is absolutely amazing—brand new, well-equipped, and always clean!
We’ll definitely be back, but next time for more than 3 nights....

A beautiful campground in the national park of the same name!

A very bad experience—unprofessional staff, the common areas were already closed by 11 p.m., and I was locked in my room for over half an hour, unable to get out, like a mouse!! I came back in the evening and couldn't get back in—an experience to forget.
