We were in this park for a long weekend.
We were able to bring our bags from the parking lot to the tent in a handcart. The park is car-free.
We arrived in the rain and at 14 degrees and were freezing because the tent couldn't be heated. Although it says on the homepage that the tents are heated with pellet stoves. On the 2nd day we were given an electric heater, which we were very pleased about. It ran for 10 minutes, then the plug overheated. So we continued to freeze. The reception was somehow always dark.
We would probably have enjoyed our stay more with heating.
The tent was nicely furnished, just not a luxury. Everything you needed was there. The bed was very comfortable. I don't sleep that well at home. When the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace. There is enough space to play badminton.
The bathroom was very nice, especially the shower. Unfortunately, there's not really any privacy in the bathroom as it's not really a separate room.
The playground with restaurant and outdoor terrace is great for young parents. On the first morning we were woken up at 6:45 by dogs barking and loud chatter from the neighboring tent. This noise continued throughout the morning. There were a few gunshots the next night. On the 3rd night, motorcyclists banged past several times and there was a very loud bang that really worried me. All in all, we didn't have a relaxing short vacation for a lot of money.
The park is dog-friendly. You are right in the forest and can go for a good walk. Waste garbage cans along the path for the dog bags would be an advantage. Unfortunately you have to get bread rolls in town. You can't get them in the park. But you can have breakfast in the restaurant.
WLAN works perfectly.
It's definitely nice there with small children and in summer.
The tent was basically clean. Only the ladder in the children's room wasn't really as clean as it should have been.

A large campground 🏕 located in a beautiful setting, not far from the sea and all amenities. While primarily designed for RVs, it also offers many comfortable mobile homes. There is a large semi-covered swimming pool in the center of the campground, as well as a bar-restaurant. The campsites, however, could benefit from more shade.

We visited some friends and really liked the campground.

Lovely quiet campsite with just a short stroll to the peaceful beach. We’ve been here many times but mostly low season when most things are still shut (bar, restaurant etc). The island has fantastic cycle paths everywhere and some fab quirky places to eat and drink etc. However, the site is showing its age when compared with other Huttopia sites - it’s looking tired and really needs a proper deep clean as it feels quite dirty especially in the showers, and lots of broken fixtures and fittings etc need maintenance including the decking around the toilet/shower blocks which is decaying. Other than that, it’s a great friendly place where you’ll meet other exceptionally lovely guests and have a splendid holiday.

Great facility, very modern. Everything is very clean and absolutely perfect for families with young children. But all that has already been mentioned. The real highlight for me were two true gems on site that are sure to make any athlete’s heart race. First, the nearby hotel has a fully equipped gym with powerlifting equipment and punching bags for kickboxing and boxing. So if you like to lift heavy weights or let off steam on a punching bag, you’ll get your money’s worth—and as a campground guest, it’s completely free at the hotel... BUT THE REAL HIGHLIGHT is Adi, the massage therapist and practitioner, who can be found right on the beach (see photos). Adi, the massage therapist, not only has years of experience but also a very empathetic manner. Over the course of 10 days, I went there twice for fascia treatment and noticed a significant improvement in my movement and endurance during training. So if you want to fully enjoy this great campground, you shouldn’t just stick to sports—treat yourself to a massage or two with Adi. The prices are worth every penny, and I’m glad I decided to spontaneously hop onto his massage table one last time on the day of my departure! I’d love to come back for all of the above :)

Just like home, a quiet location with plenty of greenery.

Wi-Fi is overpriced because it's only available intermittently

This is a 4-star campground, so you might wonder whether this Huttopia campground really deserves those 4 stars... During a fairly busy period, the shower/washing facilities were permanently closed. As a result, the restroom building that was open often lacked toilet paper or soap for washing your hands. There is no tap water in the immediate vicinity of your campsite. You have to go past the closed restroom building to get it. This also applies to the chemical toilet. The surroundings are beautiful, though.

We came to spend the weekend—the welcome was very warm, and the mobile home was top-notch. The setting is very pretty.

A beautifully renovated and refurbished vacation home that meets all modern needs and standards. All this amidst stunning natural surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return.
