We arrived late, but check-in was smooth and the staff were patient. The woman at the front desk gave us a clear explanation and even helped us find a place to eat. Spacious spot for the RV. Restrooms nearby and very clean, also spacious. A few showers, toilets, and a dishwashing area. Everything was clean. Beautifully situated in the woods. Perfect for a (morning) walk. A very successful experience for our first time in an RV. Highly recommended campground.

Absolutely loved our stay here, tent camping. Comfortable and clean facilities, a 5 minute bike ride to the centre of town, you can wake up to the sound of forest song birds and rustling trees, yet grab a tasty cappuccino within a 2 minute walk.

Großer Campingplatz,sehr familienfreundlich, hat alles was das Kinderherz begehrt. Mehrere,schöne Strandbereiche am See, Spieleplatz, Minigolf, Paddeltennis, pumptrack und Fußballplatz. Indoor und Outdoor Pool mit Rutsche und Wasserpark. Spar-Markt direkt am Platz. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Great location. A beautiful park with plenty of privacy. New and modern.

It’s a nice campground, but… The campsites are just big enough for a 6-meter caravan with a tent and awning. Anything bigger or more than that is a problem. The sites are so close together that you can hear your neighbor when they go to the bathroom. We’ve been complaining about a wasp nest for two days now, because it’s simply impossible to sit outside in 25-degree weather. And for two days, we’ve been sent away with the promise that they’ll do something about it. The restroom facility is good. It just isn’t cleaned often enough for the high season and so many guests. Every evening, young people turn the restroom facility into a hangout spot. The staff and security haven’t intervened. Dogs are allowed on the campground with the rule that they must be walked outside the campground...this rule isn’t enforced here either. According to De Boshoek’s rules, it must be quiet on the campground by 11 p.m. Almost every night, there was noise well past midnight. Last Saturday, someone at the restaurant suffered food poisoning, and an ambulance even had to be called. De Boshoek’s only response: “How unfortunate, I’ll pass it on to the restaurant staff.” After that, no further response… NOTHING. We’ll never stay at De Boshoek again.

I think everything has already been said in the reviews. The campground is a nightmare for any camper. The solution is simple: just go 500 meters further to Camping De Mars—it’s clean, well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly.
