Just like last year we settled down again at TopParken Résidence Valkenburg. And very much enjoyed both the park, the service introduction to Willem and Limburg and one of the highest bridges in Germany. Unfortunately we had the weather not quite with us, but yes that's the Dutch weather ;). We had a wellness cottage but missed the roof that we did have last year. And honestly it is quite a miss, because then we could have stayed outside (was warm enough) and BBQ. Now we had to flee headlong inside. That would be one of the things that all three of us say that gives more the wellness feeling in our eyes. Furthermore was so nice and still have so much to do and discover in limburg and its surroundings. That for next year we will definitely book again.

Mythical waiter (Fabrizio Piacente). After the long drive we went to the restaurant near the pools for dinner. We had a really good time. Waiters all nice and the dinner vetamente excellent, however Fabrizio such a waiter you have to keep him close👍.

Acceptable campsite with a serious lack of rigor in the upkeep of the green spaces. Lighting almost non-existent in driveways.

House is decent to be fair which is the only alright thing I can say, staff very rude and they made us pay a deposit fee of 750 euros which they failed to mention beforehand - then are now refusing to give us it back even though the house was spotless as we stripped the beds and cleaned up.

Der Campingplatz Camping Aminess Sirena Campsite selbst ist wirklich wunderschön und wir waren deshalb viele Jahre sehr gerne Stammgäste. Umso enttäuschender finden wir jedoch das mittlerweile sehr unflexible und wenig lösungsorientierte Service rund um die Buchung. Gerade als langjährige Gäste hätten wir uns hier deutlich mehr Entgegenkommen erwartet. Schade – denn wegen des Platzes selbst wären wir gerne wiedergekommen. Heuer haben wir uns deshalb jedoch gegen einen Aufenthalt entschieden.

1st evening at huttopia more than disappointing - traffic area even paved, with holes in the pavement, - driveway full of puddles - sloping pitch - cold sanitary water - called reception 2 times to report the mess, despite their promise to send a team and keep us informed nothing was done 3 hours later - I strongly hope that the rest of the stay will be better because I don't understand the 3 stars displayed on your front page.

Byliśmy w maju, więc było spokojnie. Natomiast nie odważyłbym sie tutaj przyjechać w wakacje. Byłoby za ciasno i tłoczno. Fajna infrastruktura, szczególnie baseny.

If I could give zero stars, I would have. What an outrageous display. Booked on April 21 to camp May 22. Due to circumstances we wished to cancel it on April 24 (so 3 days later!) and have to pay 90% of the payment because 'they occupied a spot for us'. Holding a spot for three days when the vacation is not for another month? How dare you claim it with a straight face! This has nothing to do with 'covering costs', this is just unabashed pickpocketing on the backs of their 'customers'. This park apparently would rather have a one-time 90% loot than a satisfied customer who will come back again. Not one shred of empathy or normal peasant sense. Save yourself the frustration and your money: NEVER go here!

We rented a top-of-the-range mobile home between May 8 and 15, the campsite opening on May 8. The entrance to the campsite is not secure, no barrier, the reception is at the exit of the campsite where there is a barrier, the campsite is in 2 parts. The old part with store, swimming pool, reception, playground,... and the new part with the new mobile homes and the lagoon. The 2 are crossed by a road. Of course, we were lucky enough to stay in a brand-new mobile home, which was beautiful and perfect, with nothing to complain about. On the other hand, we were in zone 2 of the campsite, with a magnificent view of the neighboring cemetery! This area is completely unsafe, so we couldn't leave our children unsupervised. The lagoon itself is very pretty, but is the smell of sand normal, as well as that greenish color when you make sandcastles? Unfortunately, the heated pools are out of order, and the only covered pool, which is small, is open to the 4 winds, making it impossible to use it with children without the risk of catching a chill. The children's play area is dilapidated, and the green carpet floor is ugly and remains totally damp. And what about the screws from an old structure left on the ground [see photo attached], as long as no one falls, there's no problem, but it seems no one cares. As far as the bar-grocery-restaurant is concerned, I'd highly recommend and thank the staff for their warm welcome during our vacation. As for the 4-star campsite, I don't think it's worth it. Unenclosed, unsecured campsite, heated swimming pool that doesn't work, old playground, .... It remains difficult to deprive oneself for 1 year to offer a week's vacation in a campsite like this we are disappointed 😞. We left a day early.
