The best camping so far we stayed in. Nice staff, clean enviroment, well equipped mobile home, the view is from house no.492&490

Our first impression was great. It’s in a relatively good location, with good train links to Amsterdam Central Station, and other attractions are also easily accessible. The house (a six-person house in our case) is quite compact; it’s fine for six people, but a bit cramped in places, particularly the sleeping area, the toilet and the ‘bathroom’. It’s okay, but a bit more space would certainly be more comfortable. The living/kitchen area, however, is fine in terms of space. Unfortunately, our house wasn’t particularly clean. There were cobwebs in many places throughout the house, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. There’s definitely room for improvement there. The park itself, however, is lovely. There are play facilities for the children, you can use the swimming pool, there’s a restaurant, charging points for electric cars, a small gym, access to a washing machine so you can do your laundry during your stay, bike hire, etc. Schiphol Airport is quite close by; you can hear the planes (and see them too), but that didn’t bother us much. According to the park’s staff, the discount for the nearby outlet centre advertised on the website is no longer valid, so it’s no longer available. You can walk to the train station (about 20 mins) or drive and use the P+R car park. All in all, I’d recommend a stay here, provided the issues mentioned are addressed or if these things don’t bother you too much.

We had a wonderful stay at your campground. The staff is truly very pleasant and caring—it’s a real pleasure, especially after several stays at different campgrounds; this is the first one where the staff has been so friendly toward guests.

The campground goes out of its way to take care of guests. There are only about fifteen tent/trailer/RV sites, and the rest are all mobile homes. We stayed in a premium tent site with a private toilet and shower right on our site. It’s really great! The sites are spacious and shaded. The campground is quiet. This is the first year we’ve managed to sleep in until 9 a.m.! A real vacation!!! And the area is beautiful. La Trinité, Carnac, Quiberon, the Gulf of Morbihan, the islands of Hœdic and Houat, and St-Philibert—it’s paradise. I recommend this campground without hesitation! The only downside is that service at the restaurant and bar is a bit slow…

Hello,
I very rarely leave reviews—or at least negative ones—but future campers deserve to know what to expect before they arrive.
Everything could have been perfect (the lake was right next door, the restrooms were generally clean, the campsites...)
The only—and biggest—drawback I can think of is the STAFF, whether at the front desk or around the campground. The woman at the front desk is haughty and hates her job! She prefers guests who talk to her about her kids. As for the other staff members, they won’t even respond when you say hello. Instead, they’ll go have coffee at your neighbor’s site.
I’m starting to get a sense of the kind of campground that’s going to call me a hypocrite because I didn’t complain during my stay, and let me tell you: NO, I didn’t come to see you because, after seeing you upon arrival, I didn’t want to ruin a second day of my vacation.
As for the campers, you’ll have those who are true campers and will say hello and be polite. And you’ll have those who’ve been there for two weeks and make fun of you for staying in a tent.
In short, everything is perfect except for the staff and CERTAIN neighbors.

A very beautiful place with a very welcoming staff. Magnificent vegetation and views. The only downside: there aren't any spaces where teenagers can hang out.

A very large campground with plenty to do for the kids. It’s a great place for swimming, biking, fishing, and hiking.
Clean restrooms and showers.
The only downside is the signage (it took us a long time to find our campsite), and the lighting at night could be a lot better.
The roads on the campground aren’t in the best shape either (lots of potholes), and you have to pull over when oncoming traffic approaches.
