We had a wonderful time at the campground. We were able to switch our site once we arrived and ended up in a lovely, shady spot under the trees. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The restrooms were brand new, and the cleaning staff were friendly and kept everything spotless. The supermarket has everything you need, though of course it’s a bit more expensive than outside the campground. We’re still raving about all the pools, and the whole family had a great time. The sea was cleaner than on our trips to Italy and, as expected, much clearer too. I highly recommend this place! What concerns me a bit is that the white graveled sites without shade are being expanded, and the beautiful sites under the trees and on the grass might disappear, which would be a real shame since that’s exactly what we like. As for the food, I can say the pizza was very good and reasonably priced. The often-mentioned paid sunbeds weren’t an issue for us. We only spent one full day at the pool, and it was nice not to have to scramble for a sunbed at six in the morning that would then have to be occupied all day. The rest of the time, the short trip to the pool and back to the camper was a good way to pass the time. It wasn’t far, after all. All in all, we’d come back if we ever find ourselves in Croatia again.

We had booked a (simple) cottage for a week. It was basic, but it had everything we needed for two people. And it was affordable.

En spännande färd med husbilen nerifrån San Sebastian och upp till toppen och Campingen. Värt "besväret" då det är ett mycket vackert område och natur med fina vyer när vi går runt på campingen och närområdet. Som sagts tidigare är det utmärkta bussförbindelser ner till centralorten vid havet. Tack!! för sköna dagar, god mat i restaurangen och bra service.

A spacious, well-shaded RV site

My experience, even though I never actually went, has been terrible. When you make a reservation through their official website, they send you a confirmation email with a different price—higher, of course—which already made me suspicious, but that’s not all: the website is managed by another company, and the campground can’t help you depending on the issue. You can call the reservation center as many times as you want, but they just refer you to the campground reception, where they can’t handle reservations—it’s a never-ending cycle. plus, they advertise that they’re pet-friendly, but that’s not true—depending on the accommodation, they don’t allow pets, and the website doesn’t specify this. According to reception, they’ve already asked the website managers to update the information, but they’re still working on it. The campground seems fine in that regard, but the website management is terrible.

We stayed for a couple of days in early June 2026 and really enjoyed our camping spot; We were close to the pools as we had requested; the well-shaded pine forest and the pools—especially the one with the sandy shore—are worth it. The lounge chairs are free, and the hot showers are included in the price; there’s even hot water at the dishwashing station. The beach is also accessible on foot or by the little train. The only downside is that there isn’t a shopping center outside the campground; otherwise, it’s a great place to relax.

This camping area is simply top-notch. It's expensive, yes, but you get some luxury and small waterpark in very clean setting. The valley is beautiful and there's a lot to do in the area. Recommended with consideration, concerning the price. I took one star off from the service because the reception was closed before 20:00. I needed to go to the hotel nearby to check-in.

Beautiful surroundings, great service from the new Dutch owner, Johan. He is working with great motivation and dedication to take the campground to the next level. The restrooms are a bit outdated but clean; it’s a beautiful campground with several terraces offering magnificent views.

Very good campsite. We expected a swimming pool, but it is still under construction, so we were able to visit the sister campsite Baia La Tortuga for free. I think they try very hard and always try to accommodate their customers. The coves are heavenly, the cleanliness is at a high level, and the children also have something to do!

Wir sind von unserem Aufenthalt im Valamar Camping Krk begeistert. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, besonders zu Kindern, immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen ruhigen und angenehmen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung verbracht. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und die Sanitäranlagen sowie die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein großes Lob für die Organisation, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diesen Campingplatz jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und hochwertigen Urlaub verbringen möchte. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comfortable and very clean, with a restaurant and excellent amenities for tourists, just a short walk from the center of Pula; not exactly cheap, but recommended for its location and cleanliness.
