On Tuesday we got a call that we could get into the cottage as early as noon. Wednesday we arrived at noon and happily entered our cottage. Unfortunately, everything was still super dirty. Even skid marks in the toilet 😭 crumbs, hair. Went back to reception and up to 3x they had to send someone again to clean it. Because of this we were not able to move into our cottage until 3 hours later. They were accommodating after our complaint though and we would get a weekend at their expense which we really appreciated. Friday we had problems with the sewer. Fortunately were able to fix it ourselves until Saturday afternoon when nothing at all drained. We could not go to the toilet or use water shower etc. Late in the evening a company came to fix it. But the smell hanging in the house was unbearable.... We drove home at 22:00 out of misery and because of this we went home 1 day early. Unfortunately, after an email to the park, we no longer receive a response and we are very bummed about that. We are still hoping for an appropriate response. Because now feel 800 euros thrown away 😕

I have stayed 5 nights in a motorhome. The pitches are pretty bad. Half of the campsite is empty because they are grassy and next to the river. It is not comfortable to walk to town with children and cold. The guy at the reception was nice but the lady who was there today January 1 in the morning literally kicked us out because they said everyone was going to arrive at 12 am ... a real despot and rude. I commented that I was a bit unwell because of the New Year's Eve dinner and she didn't care. She said that we had to leave anyway... and everyone had already left so there were infinite vacancies. The emptying area was lousy and only one at the entrance so it was bad. Faucet in bad condition. Toilets were very dirty. All frozen without having water in the campsite. They could prevent that as in other cold places. Of course I do not recommend it and I will not return.

Fine place to get away from it all as a family!

Enjoyed a relaxing stay! The park is in a quiet location among the meadows. Our 6 person cottage had a Jacuzzi with lots of privacy and an outdoor shower. The value for money is good here: a cottage for a competitive price with luxury extras. Highly recommended for those who love peace and wellness!

On the whole, a good and affordable campsite for a family vacation. Positives: -great pool area with water park and slides -animation for children (for those who like it) -clean mobile home -good location -great playground by the lake with bar for the adults Negatives: -Long waiting time on the day of arrival (stood in line for about 1.5 hours, this could really be better organized) -Sandy beach separated from the lake by a promenade path. Therefore we found the beach not so inviting. -Really bad food at the pool bar and terribly loud music. Take your own snacks with you and avoid the area Tip: take a scooter or similar for the kids...the place is quite big

We had a great Christmas vacation at Beerze Bulten. Lots of fun things to do for the kids! From theater to the playground. The bowling was fun and the restaurants were good. Also the playgrounds throughout the park are very nice and the campsite is nicely set up under the tall trees. However, I do unfortunately have to be critical of the bungalow we stayed in. These were not fresh and quite worn out. Dirty bed bases, dirty curtains, broken dirty sofa, damage everywhere to baseboards and sills and a continuous sewer smell in the bathroom. Furthermore, in terms of household supplies, a bit sparse with 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 dishwashing cubes for 5 nights. Also missing was a dishwashing brush and the heating was locked to 20 degrees. Not always pleasant with small children with cold weather. The Beerze Bulten app was nice though. It really doesn't have to be the most luxurious, but now I found it disproportionate for the amount we paid for it. And that's bummer. That makes me unable to recommend the bungalows. Staying at the campground might.

Stayed one night mid 09/2025. Large but cozy CP with high comfort. Clean and modern sanitary facilities. Large sunbathing lawn for relaxing and swimming and in the evening with a spectacular sunset. The reception was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Cycling along the shore towards Rovinj is sometimes a bit bumpy but fantastic. Even for one afternoon and one night, we had a good rest and will definitely come back for longer next time, and the price-performance ratio is also good with the ACSI Card.

Nice house in nice area. We had an amazing time there.

Ficamos em Bungalows de madeira, acomoda 5 pessoas, com cozinha e banheiro. Local com restaurante, piscina, academia, estacionamento e área para motorhome.

Super campsite. We were there for winter camping, had private sanitary facilities and everything was great and very cheap. I think the site is also very good in summer. There are 2 pools and a swimming pond and several playgrounds.

Because our favorite place was fully booked, we moved here for New Year's Eve. Positive: The location is quite good. The pitches are very spacious The staff is very helpful, nice and eager. Negative: The pitches are not paved and very muddy, if it is not dry or frozen, it is easy to get stuck. The sanitary blocks are in desperate need of renovation. During our stay, it stank of sewage, the floor was dirty throughout, as were the toilets. The showers have no anteroom with facilities, making it impossible to keep your clothes dry. What a shame! You could make so much more of it!
