⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4,5/5) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen and would come again. We particularly liked the quiet location right on the water. The immediate surroundings are ideal for cycling tours and the whole region is very bike-friendly. The bicycle rental service, the swimming pool and the fenced-in dog area, which is very practical for dog owners, are also positive highlights. The staff were friendly and check-in was straightforward. Everything was explained to us clearly on arrival, so we quickly found our way around. Our vacation home was modernly furnished, well-maintained and clean inside. However, the terrace, roof terrace and grounds did not look quite as well maintained as the interior due to numerous cobwebs and dirt. We were not completely convinced by the room layout. Although the house is designed for six people, we found the bedrooms to be quite small. There were four of us and we found it a bit cramped in places. In addition, there is only one separate toilet with two bathrooms. For the price, we would have liked a little more space here. There is a mini market on the premises for your daily needs. The range is practical, but the prices are a little higher. The biggest criticism is the internet supply. The Wi-Fi in the vacation home was very poor and practically unusable for streaming. Mobile reception in the house was also very weak with a German Telekom card, so mobile internet was hardly an option. Despite these points of criticism, the positive aspects clearly outweighed them for us. Anyone looking for peace, nature, water and good cycling opportunities will find a very nice vacation destination here. With improvements to the Wi-Fi and a little more maintenance of the outdoor areas, we could even give it full marks.

A great transit campsite. Well located on the A6. Only a few meters away. Electricity on site, no water.

Pool, playground, nice river nearby but awful and loud karaoke late into the night from nearby bar made sleeping in a tent near impossible. Not recommended for those in tents

Place ok, but there are tents, womos mixed together. Shouldn't be a problem, but when people arrive with a tent at 10/22.30 pm, it's an imposition. The same goes for the constantly barking dogs. When one stops, the next one starts:( San. Plumbing urgently needs to be overhauled. ACSI, but beware, different times are excluded. Times are excluded. We paid almost 60 euros for 2 nights. The area is quite nice.

It's so cool I've been going there with my family for 6 years. But at some point we couldn't get in at our old campsite because of our dog and then we drove on and came to this one and since then we've been coming there every year and I look forward to it every year TIP: if you want to take a hot shower in the wash house you have to set the heat on the lever and then press this button a few times (5-10) where the water comes on and then hot water comes out.

Krásné místo pro relax. Vše čisté, hezké venkovní bazény. Je tu klid a pohoda. Velmi milá majitelka. WC bez toaletního papíru a prkének. Slabý mobilní signál.

Always nice, great value for money. Great bars and ideal for families.

Lovely campsite, beautiful swimming pool. Too bad there was no sandy beach though.

The best Camp we have visited yet. The site has everything and is a short drive from Pisa and other attractions. No complaints about anything. The supermarket is well stocked and good value. Staff are really friendly and there is alot of entertainment. It was hard to leave and we have re-booked for next year.

Actually a nice simple place. But to offer a 35 m2 towel as a "Premium Mare" pitch is cheeky to say the least

The campground is okay, adequate sized tent spaces but close together, hot water is there although the showers need some fixing. The low score unfortunately stems from the attitude of a staff member. In fact, on one afternoon at the pool we were forced to leave so that we would not have to listen to said staff member loudly making even very strong, sexist, violent, and xenophobic judgments. Words such as "a good woman is a dead woman or she is my mother" said loudly and repeatedly in 2026 is not professional or acceptable in any context, more so if it is defined as "family run." I will spare you further comments of the same tone.
