Very disappointed, not very honest campsite, beware when booking, rent the same pitch 2 times, I do not recommend it.

Great complex, perfect for families or as a group of girls like us! In the house we had a sauna on the second floor, as well as 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. On the first floor a large kitchen, large dining table, a comfortable couch, beautiful decoration and a terrace fenced in by the dunes. Not far to walk to the beach. A wonderful relaxing short vacation for four! Perfect 🤩

Everything was impeccable. From the cleanliness of the sheets to the staff's service.

Good on the outside - but without a soul on the inside Admittedly, we were pretty spoiled coming from Lake Garda, where we had a great campsite. For a detour to Venice, we thought we'd try out the "supposedly best" one - a mistake, as it turned out. When we booked online, we were told that there were only a few pitches left in the dog zone. We chose pitch 8283 and checked in online. When we arrived, we were told in the check-in zone that there was no admission at midday, even though there were only a few vehicles in front of us. Our ID cards (including dog passports) were taken. We were given a booklet with rules and the obligatory wristbands - most of the information in these consisted of prohibitions. We drove to the pitch - there was a tree in the middle of the pitch. We parked with difficulty, put the motorhome on wedges and a park ranger came over: "Not enough place to the border." We explained that the tree was the problem - his answer: shrugging his shoulders. We asked for a new spot and suddenly the one opposite was available after all. After settling in, we wanted to get our ID cards back as we wanted to go to Venice the next day. The walk to reception took 10 minutes. When we asked, we were told: "It's not available." Why? "We need them to check in." I explained that everything had already been done online and I wanted the originals back. Reluctantly, the lady disappeared and returned many minutes later to make copies. I felt like it was a power play. Never before had ID cards been withheld from us so stubbornly. Other questions, e.g. about bus connections, were also referred to the information desk - where the service was similarly lackluster. The next morning we wanted to order a cab - this was obviously also an imposition for the reception. The impression: everything is annoying. Friendliness? Not at all. I can only agree with Timo Teutsch's review (April 2025): E-scooters are prohibited - incomprehensible to us. E-bikes are allowed to ride however they want, children and scooters anyway, often without brakes and without lights. E-scooters? Strictly forbidden, with questionable justification from the square. From 10 p.m., rangers patrol with flashlights on non-e-bikes. On the subject of dogs: basically ok, but not a highlight. The dog beach is very small and the run practically ends at the beginning. Dogs are not allowed to run free in the advertised "grove". There is a small fenced-in area - not very attractive. The dog shower: at least there is one, outside by the wash houses in the 8000 area. What was positive: Very clean sanitary facilities - but mostly not completely enclosed, but covered. Shopping area: Here, too, you couldn't feel any desire on the part of the staff. Everything seemed like "too much". The supermarket on the pitch is significantly more expensive than the one directly opposite outside. It's cheaper, friendlier and more helpful there - so it's better to go outside to shop! Conclusion: We left early. Unwillingness, arrogance and unfriendliness do not belong on vacation. Even if the site boasts that it is "Europe's largest campsite" and many regular guests seem to be satisfied: The world is changing. What previous generations considered good is no longer necessarily good enough today.

Our stay at Istra Premium Camping Resort in summer 2025 impressed us so much that we booked again right away for 2026. After many family vacations on Mallorca and in different parts of Croatia, this resort stands out as our clear favorite. The entire resort is excellently maintained and consistently clean. Younger children spent many hours at the water park, while older kids made full use of the wide range of sports activities such as soccer, volleyball, and mini golf. The beach is beautiful, with crystal clear water and a relaxed atmosphere. A true highlight is the evening program with varied shows, along with the bars offering a great vibe and good drinks. You feel safe, welcome, and well taken care of at all times. An ideal place for families to slow down together and enjoy quality time.

What a beautiful park and friendly treatment! I found complete peace of mind. The park is spacious and decorated with natural materials. At night, lights go on everywhere, it gives such a cozy atmosphere. Even in a large tree there are lanterns. The staff does everything to give you a pleasant stay.

Cottage was very nice and what a great team of staff they have here! Cheerful, helpful and very important! Humor.

We were there over New Year's Eve and were completely satisfied. As we had also indulged in the luxury of private sanitary facilities, the paths to the wash house were of course virtually non-existent. We will definitely be back. The location of our pitch on the edge of a field was also a dream with two dogs.

Hello, Part 2 of our horror vacation. The day before arrival we received a downgrade (so we couldn't respond). The room we were offered was really the worst we have ever seen. Photos attached. Disgusting. A hint to at least change the toilet seat did not lead to anything. It was cleaning agent. We were only supposed to receive vouchers for the downgrade, the requested money refund has not yet arrived. So who likes it .... Alternatives were only offered for an extra charge (e.g. the alternative mobile home was empty until the end, the campsite seems to have problems with its capacity anyway). The breakfast - lumps in the coffee, the espresso tasted of vinegar and only helpless waiters, no help or improvement. The restaurant: the worst pizza ever, waiting times, all guests were very annoyed and dissatisfied. Then our room was also broken into. Photos attached. The safe was open without force. Suspicious. Other guests were also affected. No help from the police at Baia Holiday, they don't seem to care anyway, and it seems to happen regularly. And all the Mobile Home residents we spoke to didn't feel safe either. The director, Alessandro Morrino, promised us in front of witnesses with a handshake that we would get our money back after this disaster. The host will pay compensation for the stolen money anyway. To date - no reaction. Incidentally, the director and Baia Holiday are aware of all the problems. We now have to sue for our money and the stolen money. Note1: Be careful, the safes of other guests were opened illegally in the same way. We do not recommend leaving any valuables there! Note2: Do not be fooled, in case of theft the hotelier is liable according to art. 1783 of the Italian Civil Code - Baia Holiday only wants to delay. So if you want to have a nice vacation on the beautiful island of Sardinia, don't go to this '4 star' campsite. Update 3: Both we and the other guests who were robbed have not yet received a refund, either Baia Holiday is so badly organized or they are liars ... Both bad! By the way there was ZERO help when the theft happened, on the contrary the hotel room was left open with our belongings by the local staff, no security ... Update 4: it's a farce, now they are asking for our bank details again (they already have them) ... and the management of Baia Holidays and the director are probably still investigating. I leave the evaluation to you, dear readers ..... we and many others we have contacted in the meantime definitely cannot recommend Baia Holiday, your valuable time should be too precious for that. Update 5 Nothing is happening yet, dear Baia Holiday victims, thank you very much for the great feedback! Thank you very much. The management is still checking ..... well .... PS we'll post the note we received as ridiculous help for contacting the police ..... Update 6 Baia Holiday is still silent and delaying .... great ..... thank you thank you for all the testimonials about Baia Holiday .... we did not believe that Baia Holiday is such a problematic vacation provider ..... such a pity, well the campsite was only taken over by Baia Holiday in 2013 .... before that the experience was much better ...... we just want Baa Holiday to replace the theft and fulfill the repayment contract ..... nothing more ...... there are so many other wonderful and safe places in Sardinia .....

We stayed at this campground from 12/31 to 5/1. Very large,well equipped with lots of facilities for both adults and x children. The pool area immense(obviously crowded being the holiday season)so a little difficult to find a cot/pole/ locker in the locker room....but just a little patience. Present bar and restaurant inside usable only with pre-loaded cards or wristband. They do not accept physical money. Animation present both in the pool and outside but not intrusive. Only "flaw" the pitches raining often/snowing become mooolllttooo muddy so either park outside the pitch(along the street) or recommended corridors/passages. For summer there are plenty of outdoor pools with slides and diving boards for all tastes and difficulties. Staff courteous but speak little/no Italian. Highly recommended,we will definitely go back.

We were in winter with the camper on the campsite, yes in winter you have to expect that it is a bit muddy, but in my opinion the pitches should be so that you do not have to push the camper from the outside! Lighting is a disaster without a flashlight you can't see anything. Then to the sanitary facilities men toilets and showers were completely closed. The open sanitary facilities were very unpleasant to say the least and I did not see that any of the person was there to clean. Can I recommend it to others NO. Would I go there again very clear no. Too bad actually
