The only good thing I can say is that the place is beautiful, with a very large lake and a campsite nestled in the woods, almost paradise, until you enter the cabin... old, dirty, and with only two mosquito nets for the entire cabin. When we arrived, there was a strong musty and damp smell; it was as if no one had bothered to prepare the cabin. Despite all the larger cabins being empty, they gave us the only one without a terrace where we could eat outside. Access from the car to the cabin is through the grass, which means your feet end up wet at night, and if you're wearing long pants, your pajamas get wet too. The other cabins had a kind of path, and the grass was cut to prevent this. The showers are a whole other story... You have to pay 50 kr per shower, they didn't explain how to use them properly, and the water came out cold (as if we hadn't inserted the card). Even so, they charged us for all of them, including two that she used to show us how they worked, without us being able to use that water. You also have to pay for sheets, and you can't use a sleeping bag. If you want a barbecue or anything else... guess what? You have to pay. (As a tip, you can have one for free in Färnebofjärden National Park). I felt ripped off, to be honest. I've seen better and cheaper campsites; if you can avoid this one, don't hesitate to look for another. By the way, I had to sweep the inside of the cabin when we arrived because it was so dirty.

    NEW ANSWER TO THE CAMPING:
First of all, I want to apologize. It is indeed 5kr for the shower; it was a transcription error. But I hope you retract the rest, because I don't lie.

I find it very unethical to charge for cold showers. In your comment, you're treating us like idiots, like we don't know how to use a card. But you didn't actually explain that we had to leave it in the card reader for a while until the green light appeared. When we checked in, you still charged us for all the showers—two hot and three cold. You knew they were cold, and you charged us anyway. It's 5kr; it's not the price, it's the detail. My friend washed her hair with ice-cold water... That's called customer service, something you clearly don't have much experience with, given your rather aggressive comment.

I haven't complained about the sheets; that's just additional information for anyone reading the review.

Regarding the barbecue, three of us understood that there was a charge, and two of us have lived in London and speak almost native English. Someone is lying, and it's not me.

The cleaning was quite inadequate, at least in my house, where we like to be able to walk without leaves and dust on the floor. Perhaps that's what you consider clean, but for me, it needed a good sweep and mop.

I don't need a hotel. I've spent every summer of my life camping, both in tents and cabins. I know what I'm talking about, and if you check the reviews, you'll see I'm not the only one complaining.

I'm not a scoundrel. I didn't leave old food. I left usable, packaged food that I didn't think was right to throw away in the fridge, so you could use it. BUT, the cabin was clean because I swept it myself before leaving. We took off the sheets and left them all piled up so it would be easy for you, apparently, "not to clean," judging by the state we found it in. I suppose making it easy is also a negative thing for you.

Regarding the dew, I challenge you to sleep in the cabin tonight with two mosquito nets on the top bunk (where it was extremely hot) and get up at 1 a.m. to use the toilet. There is NO gravel path, no way to get out without getting wet. Try it and then tell me what you think.

There are many ways to respond, but an aggressive one, especially when you own a business, doesn't seem right to me. You have to be self-critical, see it as an opportunity for improvement, and use it to get better.

Have a happy summer, and we'll see you on your vacation in Spain, where we will treat you with kindness and empathy. I hope you learn something from us there.

We returned to this campground after 7 years and were a bit disappointed, which is why I’m updating my old 5-star review.
If it weren’t for the water parks—where they’ve really done an excellent job—and the dining options, the rest of the campground has become too chaotic, with streets crowded with people zipping around at full speed on all kinds of vehicles—bicycles, scooters, and mopeds—without any oversight from campground staff, and quiet hours that aren’t enforced.
We stayed in the “Venezia” sites in the center of the campground, right in front of the pizzerias “Pizza e Sapori” and “Vovi,” and before 11:30 p.m. it was impossible to even try to sleep because of the noise...
The W6 restrooms are a bit old and not thoroughly cleaned.
Another thing that strikes me as very odd is the lack of evening shows or entertainment—in 13 days, we saw only two shows.
My son went to soccer practice with the entertainment staff; there was zero organization—every child did whatever they wanted, and the grass field was completely dry and neglected....
Mosquito treatment once a week—a bit too infrequent; in the evenings, they were practically eating us alive...
Inadequate Wi-Fi—it connects, but the signal is so weak it’s practically nonexistent.
Dynamic pricing—prices can change from one day to the next. There’s no price list online; they just say you’ll pay “from a minimum of to a maximum of”....?????But if you know the dates and want to get an estimate, you can’t—and if you ask for a printed price list at the front desk, they won’t give it to you as if it were top secret....
It’s a shame, though—if you’re a 5-star hotel, you have to provide 5-star service, and in our opinion, that’s not the case here.

Beautiful campsite surrounded by nature, with plenty to do both on and around the site. There are also many trees providing shade from the hot sun, which was really welcome since we stayed during a heatwave.

Overall, the campsite itself wasn’t too noisy, which was nice. One downside, however, was that our tent pitch was located near both a garbage disposal area and a car park. The car park was noisy due to people entering and leaving, and the garbage disposal area was particularly unpleasant in the mornings, with noise starting around 8 a.m. and a noticeable smell. Since we only stayed for two nights, we didn’t raise the issue.

There was free WiFi throughout the campsite without needing to actively register or provide data, which was a nice surprise.

The sanitary facilities are large and very clean. The rest of the campsite is also well maintained, with a nice supermarket, bar, and restaurant. The staff were very friendly as well.

Beautiful location, excellent restaurant, helpful staff.
The restrooms and showers definitely need improvement, at least the ones near the entrance.

Bellissima posizione, ottimo ristorante, personale disponibile.
Da migliorare sicuramente i servizi e docce, almeno quelli vicini all' entrata.

We absolutely loved our stay! Family of 4 (8 and 4y) Animation team (Carla, Jana, Amy, Angie) did a great job entertaining the kids each day. Broadway kids was the biggest highlight where the kids got to perform SPONTANEOUSLY while dressed up as Disney characters. Kids ran to the club each evening. Team-Thank you once again for doing a great job! Singing piri piri while I write this 🤣 Little fish’s family- Kajtek & Sara

Noise from the streets and the railroad. Unbearable. Even the renovation work doesn't help. Otherwise, it's a nice place, and the new restrooms are great. But overall, it's not worth the price.

Lärm von den Strassen, der Eisenbahn. Unerträglich. Da helfen auch die Modernisierungsarbeiten nicht weiter. Ansonsten schöner Platz, neue Sanitär top. Den Preis aber insgesamt nicht wert.
