Unfortunately, we haven't felt at all comfortable—the directions were sparse; well… you can tell they're in a real mess—our plot was abandoned, covered in aluminum foil… etc. Piles of leaves—it seemed like there wasn’t enough time (and it didn’t matter anyway). We asked for the baby room (we never actually got to use it)—it was always occupied. Not a single outlet in the bathroom worked—we had to dry our hair out on the campsite… We washed the dishes with a brush because, out of the whole row of sinks, only two worked, we reported some dog feces (while we were showering) on the rented plot right next to the baby’s toys; they asked us for the plot number, and they were going to report it to Ana (the director) (we’re still waiting for a response/update…)—it’s DISGRACEFUL. What a waste of “rest” days. The store closes at 12:30 p.m. and reopens at 5:00 p.m. The playground—zero safety… loose pieces of wood sticking up… it wasn’t pleasant at all—quite the opposite, in fact.

I loved the pool—it was so much fun!

The Huttopia philosophy remains the same! This one is a little different because the reception area and the campground are farther away than what we’re used to. The quality of the welcome remains the same, as does the cleanliness of the restrooms (they aren’t responsible for campers’ lack of manners…).
The only downside would be the lack of shade on the campsites, but a tarp and an “awning” from Decathlon took care of that.

This place is worth 4 stars 🌟—it’s gorgeous, clean, quiet, and full of play areas for kids, including water fountains that the kids love. The streets are very clean and well-organized, with a very large restroom area for men’s and women’s toilets and showers, plus a separate room for baby baths—no need for change, just enough time to wash up. Toilet paper is provided, and in the center there are beautiful, very clean sinks for washing dishes—I can’t believe how luxurious this campground is; I recommend it to everyone.

Great service and accommodations—exactly as expected

Great campground—quiet, spacious sites, and really close to Siena. It’s just a 10-minute bike ride to downtown.

This camping/glamping site is exceptional—perfect for families. It has entertainment, swimming pools, a water park, sports fields, restaurants—basically, everything you could want and more. The prices are very high—I’d say excessive. I’m not giving it 5 stars because we came in a van/RV, so we booked a campsite, and I have to say that the campsites and facilities for RV travelers leave something to be desired, because:
1) The sites aren’t level; even though we had leveling chocks, we couldn’t get the camper level
2) There are few restroom facilities, and they’re far apart—they’re nice and clean, but far away.
3) At a campground like this, with such high costs (130/night in July and even 250/night in August), it’s unacceptable that there’s no drain on the site (at least a grate for gray water), I can’t take down the awning and pack up just to move the van after 4 days to empty the gray water
4) I couldn’t find a black water drain at the campground—only a station at the exit, which is very far away

This campground gets rave reviews—it’s top-notch, nothing to complain about. We’ve been coming here for two years now, and we’ve always been made to feel very welcome. The staff is always attentive; if there’s a problem, they fix it right away. We highly recommend this campground—it’s very quiet, the pool is great, and the snack bar is excellent with everything homemade. The chef is top-notch—bravo! 👍 We’ll be back next year—honestly, don’t change a thing. Pitch 85—we wish you the best of luck dealing with any troublesome campers 👍
