The campsite is remote but the little town Odeceixe has all the basic supplies you might need. The reception is welcoming, check in took more time that expected due to an error with my booking. I wrote a complaint in the "book", which was later addressed and completely resolved by the director on email. Our stay was wonderful and felt much longer than a week. The facilities are good, and kept clean, the first shower block is the best one, closest to the glamping tents. Great pool and a little shop, not much choice and very pricey.
The staff are very helpful and kind.
In the evenings there is an outdoor cinema and activities for the children during the day.
Great pool and loads of potential to have so much more.
We were also lucky enough to make new friends and we'll see you all next year!!

Really big, nice and family camping place. It has 3 pool areas and beach all around. Great for kids. Really big trees which creates shadow for tents and motorhome. Nice freshly renovated bathrooms. 2 supermarkets. 6 restaurants. We stayed for 10 days and had a great time. Recommended!

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The mobile home was pretty nice, clean, and in good condition.
The indoor pool was also very nice.
The only downside was that the playground was closed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay, and the kids were thrilled.

If you leave the resort and come back after 11 p.m., don’t even try it.... You have to park (if you can find a spot) and climb hill after hill to reach the chalets. How is a family with two small children supposed to go out for a walk and get back after 11 p.m.??? Absurd! Several families I ran into along the way on my evening walks uphill expressed the same disappointment!
P.S. If you plan to use the pool, bring your own swim rings from home, because they charge €10 for a simple one, and there are a thousand rules at the pool that nobody follows. They slide down the water slides without any supervision (lifeguards are on their phones, oblivious to the fact that if one person slides right behind another, they might fall on top of the person in front when they come out of the slide).
Not to mention the rule that strictly mandates the use of a swim ring—yet even the parents do as they please, going without them, and sometimes even having two kids on the same ring.
The place is beautiful because it’s surrounded by olive groves, etc., but with these strict rules in place, it’s extremely inconvenient. They should enforce them, yes, but where it really matters—in the pool.

We just got back from a 15-day vacation at this campground. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve seen activity leaders so dedicated to their work—and the same goes for the manager and the rest of the staff! A friendly atmosphere, funny shows, a great restaurant, and an awesome kids’ mini-club.
The beach and bike path are nearby!

We've been visiting this campground for years. Our daughter loves it because there's something for all ages.
...plus, there's no place in the world with a more beautiful sunset.

A very nice, large campground with plenty of spacious campsites. There are plenty of recreational activities. The restroom facilities are excellent, and the beach is large enough and very clean.

It was a very pleasant vacation with a touch of southern French charm. The staff was always friendly and attentive. It was the perfect place to unwind.

As previous reviewers have noted, unfortunately, the value for money here isn’t quite right.

That said, the resort itself is beautiful overall, as are the beaches and the pool area (at first glance). The food in the restaurants is also very tasty, and the staff are generally really nice! There’s nothing to complain about there.

However: We’re currently staying here for a total of three weeks, through September 11, 2026, in a Bella Vista mobile home with a spectacular ocean view. We’re paying over 8,000 euros and expect to receive value commensurate with that price. Unfortunately, the mobile home doesn’t meet the standards of a 5-star resort. Mold in the shower, apparent water damage on the bathroom floor with a corresponding stain, dirty and tattered curtains on the patio, and the kitchen faucet is completely chipped. The children’s beds squeak loudly with even the slightest movement. The air conditioner in the neighboring unit (No. 97D) is apparently broken and extremely loud, making it impossible to sit peacefully on the terrace.

And at this price, we expect not only a ocean view but also that the accommodation and the entire resort be in top condition. Especially since these are all issues that could be quickly fixed with simple measures, if anyone were actually interested in doing so.

The baby wading pool by the pool is completely moldy in the grout lines. Furthermore, people are smoking on the lounge chairs in the baby area despite the ban, and apparently nobody cares. We spoke to a woman who was smoking on the lounge chairs (and next to her children), and she said she didn’t care—she’s been smoking here for 8 years. Wow—so it really hasn’t bothered anyone for years. Just like the fact that lounge chairs by the pool are reserved for hours on end. Staff do come by now and then to take note of the sun loungers and sometimes even leave a note, but the towels weren’t removed, as the signs clearly state. But that’s exactly what should be done, so that others who want a lounge chair at that moment can actually get one.

The kids’ dance party features songs that are so loud that several children end up leaving the dance floor and covering their ears. That should really give the staff pause for thought. Our daughter starts crying every single time. Children’s dance has nothing to do with techno or hardcore heavy metal music, and we haven’t seen anything like this at any other campground. It’s a real shame, because that’s exactly what our daughter was looking forward to so much.

It’s actually quite nice here, but unfortunately it’s not worth the money, so we won’t be coming back. Too bad
