My family has stayed at Camping Bella Italia three times, and never in our lives have we experienced anything like what happened today.

At the lake entrance, the security guard known as "Susu" (or a similar name) started shouting aggressively at us because we did not have wristbands. We repeatedly tried to explain that we were not guests ourselves and were simply accompanying our family who were staying at the campsite, but he would not listen and only became more aggressive.

What is completely unacceptable is that he then behaved in an intimidating manner and raised his hand towards me, a woman, forcing my husband to step in and tell him to calm down and put his hand down.

No security employee should ever shout at guests or visitors, intimidate them, or make them feel physically threatened. I have lived in Italy for years and have never been treated with such disrespect.

We decided not to call the police because we did not want to ruin the day any further, but looking back, this incident was serious enough to deserve an official complaint and a full investigation by the police. Someone with this level of aggression should not be responsible for the safety of families.

This experience has completely damaged our view of Camping Bella Italia. A family-friendly campsite should make people feel welcome and safe, not afraid of the person standing at the entrance. Management should take this incident very seriously before something worse happens to someone else.

We had a pleasant stay; the staff were smiling and welcoming. The mobile home was very clean, and the pool was nice—my son loved the slide and the water jets. There’s a beautiful beach nearby. We’re delighted to have been able to stay at your campground.

This is our second time here, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it once again. The first time we stayed on the campground, and this time we brought our RV—both experiences were fantastic.

The owner is friendly and hospitable, making you feel right at home. The new restroom facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The beautiful view and the cozy atmosphere really top it all off.

During our stay, we also took advantage of the boat rental. We went out on the water at sunset, which was an amazing experience. We received clear instructions beforehand, and everything was perfectly organized.

A campground we’d love to visit again. Highly recommended!

We spent a week at this beautiful campground; there’s nothing to complain about—it has everything you need to move in and spend your entire vacation without ever leaving… The pools are fabulous for kids; they have a blast. Plus, since there are so many of them, even when they’re full, it never feels crowded. There are always plenty of activities throughout the day. The on-site restaurant is definitely very good (high-quality meat) and reasonably priced—you don’t spend much more than you would outside the campground. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away.
The only downsides are check-in—you shouldn’t have to wait two hours in the sun to get your room—and the fact that the tents aren’t equipped with air conditioning; you could at least provide a fan for them.

A truly beautiful campground, with a gorgeous pool and a well-stocked poolside bar. The shared restrooms are always very clean, too. Everything is very, very nice and relaxing in the shade of the pine forest.
