We had a wonderful stay at the Vallée Heureuse campground, with a beautiful setting and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! Comfortable accommodations (both mobile homes and tents), a pleasant pool with a magnificent view, and great entertainment! 10/10!

We had a very pleasant stay! The campground lives up to its promises...

- It’s incredibly quiet starting at 10 p.m. and stays that way until at least 8 a.m. the next day! All the campers are extremely considerate in this regard! We were able to recharge our batteries just as we’d planned.
- The restrooms are admittedly a bit dated, but they’re maintained very regularly: cleaned often, always clean, with toilet paper and soap always available—in short, perfect for what we use them for! 😄
- A very friendly welcome in French, clear instructions upon arrival, and a top-notch site almost right across from the restrooms: ideal when traveling with someone with a disability (which was our case, though I didn’t specify that when I made the reservation. So it worked out perfectly—it was just perfect!)

In short, we’re super satisfied with our week spent in the Luxembourg Ardennes. So satisfied that we’ll be back next year for a few more weeks! We still have so much to see in this beautiful region, and we’ll be able to fully enjoy the on-site amenities like the restaurant and breakfast... 😜

We (me and my dog Oban) stayed with friends at this beautiful, large campground. We had a great time

I spent one night on one of the campsites, surrounded by nature. It’s a small, quiet campground with a variety of lodging options, a pool, very clean restrooms, and several hiking trails to choose from. Great!

Beautiful resort, great location... I hadn't been there in 7 years, but I have to say that this year I was disappointed with the entertainment. I had higher expectations for Samarcanda.

Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!! What a customer service experience—you write to them in the afternoon, they say “good morning,” and then you get an automated reply. Their work ethic is mind-blowing... Come on, Caleta, let's just leave it for another time.
P.S.: I gave it 1 star because Google thinks they're not that bad, but it really deserves 0 stars.

Great location, reception staff quite unfriendly. Decent facilities. A shame that nothing can be done about the people outside the entrance to the lake who can be quite aggressive towards each other and camp goers when trying to sell their products.

We ended up staying here for one night on our trip to Denmark. A lovely campsite with a beautiful view.
The sites are huge, and electricity (for a fee) is available on-site. Restrooms and showers are available, as well as water refill and wastewater disposal stations. You’re supposed to pay 185 DKK (without electricity) via a QR code—everything worked out great. We arrived on Sunday afternoon, when the campground information desk was closed.

Wasn’t impressed with this site. Checked in to a sort of friendly welcome, was advised that we have 5kw of electricity included per night (we stayed 2)

I tripped the electricity as soon as I tried to use my outdoor hot plate (10amps)

Went to reception to speak as you can’t reset the trip yourself (all locked away!) I was told then that the pitches only have a 10amp breaker. Well if you do the maths 10amp isn’t a lot if you’re in a caravan or MH. We Opted not to use the electricity apart from the fridge. We got there late on our first day and was out all day on our second day however when we checked out we had miraculous used 19kwh of electricity included the two days we were there (yet we were out for most of it). I had no way to verify these figures, I was told that’s simply what the counter says ! Grand scheme it was €4.50 but it was the lack visibility that I didn’t like.

It the height of the heatwave, dry grass etc someone seemed to think it was a good ideas to have a campfire on the ground. When I pointed this out to reception they weren’t bothered as “they have a fire extinguisher with them”. Bonkers….

Unfortunately this site is off our list to stay at again.
