The campground has some nice features, but unfortunately also some significant shortcomings.

Positives: The campsites in the dunes are spacious and beautifully situated. We especially liked the direct access to the ocean and the proximity to town, which is within easy walking distance. When we had a question, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Unfortunately, we spotted rats in the dunes several times during our stay. At night, they even came into our awning and made noise there, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep at times. Combined with the strong wind, this affected our stay so much that we decided to leave two nights earlier than planned.

The restrooms were also very dirty in some areas and gave the impression that they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for several days. Some of the trash cans were overflowing.

Depending on the campsite, the distances to the restrooms and especially to the trash disposal areas can be quite long. Of course, this depends on the location of the specific campsite. There was no Wi-Fi at the campsite itself; it was only available along the main paths or in certain areas of the campground.

The place is very peaceful, and you can relax and unwind. I’m not giving it 5 stars because of the cleanliness—the cabins urgently need a thorough cleaning. The coffee maker is great, but they don’t provide cups. We had a cabin for two and only had one glass.

The website gives a nice impression of what to expect. We opted for the RV site. The price was attractive. I had read something about shower tokens, free access to the “De Koploper” pool, and 10-amp power. Upon arrival, the reality was a bit different. The price doesn’t include electricity, so there’s an additional 3.50 per day. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website. Free access to the pool isn’t offered. We couldn’t ask any questions because the front desk was closed. Shower tokens cost 1.00 for 4 minutes—that’s really steep. The RV sites hadn’t seen a lawn mower in a long time. That tall grass was extremely annoying. The restrooms are probably only cleaned once a week during the off-season. It was just grubby, and the floors were dirty. The “sink area” (for washing dishes) was also filthy. At least there were wipes available to clean it yourself!! The washing machine and dryer were already in hibernation. We don’t complain easily, but this was really the absolute minimum of what you’d want to experience.

Very nice resort, but getting to or into the sea is very difficult. We couldn’t find any German-speaking staff at the front desk. And they were very unfriendly. If I ever go back to Croatia as a Croatia fan, I’ll learn English even at 80 years old. They brought towels three times for four people, but there were only two of us—a total waste. Unfortunately, there were no dish towels for drying dishes.

W toaletach śmierdziało, prysznice w słabym stanie. Sklep średnio wyposażony a do tego bardzo drogi. Jedzenie na całym kempingu niesmaczne, małe porcje i nieproporcjonalnie drogie. Brak podgrzewanych basenów. Bar przy basenie bardzo słabo wyposażony. Na kempingu obowiązuje siesta i w tym czasie zamknięte są sklepy i restauracja przy basenie, pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się ze w obiekcie obowiązuje siesta
