A beautiful location surrounded by nature, near downtown

Waren 2 Wochen hier im Urlaub. Die sanitären Anlagen sind eine Katastrophe. Immer sind die Toiletten und Duschen belegt gewesen und man musste anstehen. Es war deutlich zu wenig Sanitär für die Menge an Gästen vorhanden.Bei den Männern war zuletzt auch nur noch ein Pissoir funktionstüchtig, alle anderen waren defekt.Die Putzkraft kann man sich hier auch sparen. Ich konnte mehrfach beobachten, wie sie hier vorgeht, und es war lediglich das Abwischen des Bodens und das Abspritzen der Toiletten mittels eines Wasserschlauches. Genau demnach hat es auch ausgesehen. Putzen hat meiner Meinung nach ohne Putzmittel, sondern nur mit reinem Wasser, nichts zu tun!

Die Preise, muss ich sagen, sind schon sehr angehoben. Semmeln kosten knapp 1 € und sind zudem noch sehr klein. An der Bar sind die Cocktailpreise auch bei 10 €+, Aperol z. B. liegt bei 12 €.

Ansonsten ist die Lage nicht schlecht und die Aussicht ist gut, auch für einen Sonnenuntergang gut.

Meine Meinung: Für diese Leistung, die man bekommt, ist der Preis zu teuer angesetzt.

We spent a long weekend at EuroParcs Veluwemeer and were very satisfied overall. The accommodations were very nice and perfectly adequate for our stay. The house is spacious, well-laid-out, and pleasantly bright thanks to the large windows. We especially liked that each property is surrounded by greenery, offering both privacy and a great view.
The amenities are good, and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend was provided. However, we had to deal with a lot of mosquitoes. Therefore, we would definitely recommend stocking up on plenty of mosquito repellent, plug-in repellents, and the like.
One minor complaint was the slightly musty smell coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, we felt comfortable and had a great stay.

We had a wonderful week in the 50-square-meter detached cottage (Type Biebosch). We received a welcome package that included cleaning wipes, a few days’ worth of dishwasher tablets, and soap. The cottage was clean when we arrived and in excellent condition overall. We didn’t miss a thing in the kitchen. It had everything we needed, including a lemon squeezer, for example:
The air conditioning worked well in the living room, but it was quite warm in the bedroom. There’s no air conditioning there.
It was easy to enter the property using the phone. And through an app, you can register your license plate number and then drive right in. There are plenty of fun things to do in the area, such as Valkenburg, Maastricht, and the Three Countries Point. In short, it was a great place to spend a vacation.

The service at the restaurant and supermarket was great—the staff was super friendly and always in a good mood, and the atmosphere was great.

⭐ MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA – NOS DEJARON EN LA CALLE Y SE QUEDARON CON NUESTRO DINERO

Nuestra experiencia en el Camping Seasonova Ensoya – Sigean ha sido absolutamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, nos parece una falta total de consideración hacia el cliente.

Llegamos únicamente 5 minutos después del horario establecido de recepción. Lo más indignante es que había personas de recepción allí, pero decidieron no atendernos porque su horario ya había terminado. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución, ninguna alternativa y simplemente nos dejaron en la calle.

Además, viajábamos con una persona mayor de más de 80 años, algo que no pareció importarles en absoluto. Entendemos perfectamente que existen horarios, pero creemos que ante una situación así debería existir un mínimo de empatía y voluntad de ayudar.

Y lo que hace que la situación sea todavía más grave es que el alojamiento ya estaba pagado. No pudimos disfrutar de la estancia porque ellos decidieron no atendernos y, para colmo, ahora tampoco quieren devolvernos el dinero.
