Even though this is a big commercial campsite, they have a very nice open area for cyclists, with nice grass, trees and some tables and benches (and even a washing line), and very reasonably priced. Getting a free pass to the public swimming pool next door was great

Vi havde samlet set en blandet oplevelse på Europa Camping Village.

Overordnet set er campingpladsen pæn og holdt i god stand, og personalet var generelt venligt og imødekommende. Der er mange gode faciliteter for både børn og voksne, og placeringen tæt på stranden er et stort plus.

Vi boede i et Chalet Ecolife House, som var rigtig godt og praktisk indrettet med en fornuftig udnyttelse af pladsen. Boligen bar dog tydeligt præg af slid og kunne godt bruge en opdatering og bedre vedligeholdelse.

Under kraftigt regnvejr oplevede vi desuden, at der kom vand ind i boligen. Vi gjorde receptionen opmærksom på problemet, hvorefter de sendte en medarbejder ud. Desværre kunne personen ikke forstå eller tale engelsk, og kommunikationen var derfor stort set umulig. Det virkede ikke, som om problemet blev forstået eller taget alvorligt, og medarbejderen gik igen uden at gøre noget ved det. Det var frustrerende, især fordi der var tale om vand, som trængte ind i boligen.

Noget af vores familie boede i et Chalet Cavallino – Dog Friendly, og den bolig var en helt anden og betydeligt dårligere oplevelse. Den kan bedst beskrives som en blanding mellem en fængselscelle og en lettere tvivlsom færgekahyt. Boligen virkede mørk, gammeldags og meget trang. Køkkenet var lille og nedslidt, og vasken var placeret på en meget upraktisk og mærkelig måde. Det er bestemt ikke en boligtype, vi selv ville vælge eller anbefale.

Vi oplevede desuden en mærkelig forskel mellem campingpladsens regler og det, der foregik i praksis. Der blev lagt stor vægt på, at grill ikke var tilladt, men samtidig så vi meget mange gæster benytte både gas- og kulgrill ved deres boliger. Det gjorde reglerne uklare og virkede inkonsekvent, da de tilsyneladende enten ikke blev håndhævet eller kun blev håndhævet over for enkelte gæster. Det ville være en fordel med tydeligere information om, hvilke typer grill der faktisk er tilladt, og at reglerne håndhæves ens for alle.

Europa Camping Village har mange kvaliteter og kan være et godt valg for især børnefamilier, der ønsker en campingplads med mange faciliteter og adgang til stranden. Vi vil dog kun anbefale pladsen med visse forbehold. Vælg boligtypen med stor omhu, da der tilsyneladende er meget stor forskel på standard, indretning og vedligeholdelse. Samtidig bør campingpladsen blive bedre til at håndtere og følge op på problemer, der bliver meldt til receptionen.

A vacation right in the middle of a construction site!
A small, modern chalet. We stayed in House 14 in mid-July 2026. We were only informed shortly before our arrival that construction work was taking place. In fact, heavy equipment was being used on four adjacent accommodations: a vibrating compactor, a wheel loader, and an excavator! As a result, both our terrace and the rooftop terrace—along with their furniture—were heavily soiled. We had to keep a closer eye on our child and were constantly exposed to high noise levels. On top of that, the showers and sinks smelled so strongly of sewage that the entire accommodation was permeated by the odor.
Whenever we raised concerns throughout the booking and vacation process, the responsible staff members at MarinaParken responded each time in an unfriendly, uncooperative, and unreasonable manner. Even the written complaint to management—which we were explicitly asked to submit—was brushed off in the same manner. A 10 percent discount on the current booking or a 30 percent discount on a future booking was the only offer made. It was made clear to us that, as far as MarinaParken was concerned, the matter was closed. Since we will under no circumstances ever book a vacation at this resort again, we reluctantly accepted the 10 percent discount—though we were more than furious about it.

We treated ourselves to a very expensive camping vacation. 2,700 euros for two weeks. Plus tourist tax and dog fees. For a “Comfort Plus” site. No Wi-Fi, no extras. At first, we were parked next to other campers who paid about 1,000 euros less for two fewer nights. Their spot was just as big as the others. We had a direct view of the ocean. Since we were right in the blazing sun, we tried to shield ourselves from it using umbrellas and the tent’s side walls. The site was right at the beach entrance. From morning until evening, looooooads of people walked past us. In the process, quite a few balls and other beach gear flew right past our ears. The grass was covered in sand, so you were always sitting in the dirt. After showering, you’d come back to the site and find sand everywhere. When I was asked to write a review, an employee came over the next day to ask what the problem was. He asked for suggestions on how to improve things. I told him that for this completely overpriced, extortionate rate, you’d expect some service. But there was still no service. He said the price was for the ocean view—and not for the lawn. We’re getting sunstroke here. The dog has been hiding under the RV for the past three days. I’ve never been so annoyed by a campground before. It didn’t bother the staff member. He then brought us two passes for the spa. No other spot. Nothing. The next day, we went to the front desk and demanded a different spot. Then suddenly, it worked out. The on-site bus stops are currently out of service. So we set off on a 20-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There’s nothing to do or any shopping options outside the campground. Even though I asked about the bus routes at the campground, they forgot to tell us that you have to buy the bus tickets there. So we got on the bus and the driver pulled away. He didn’t want any money from me. So he drove off and we were without tickets. Great.
The pool area is too small for all the people. The pizza and ice cream are way too expensive. The entertainment was pretty nice. But that was the end of the relaxation for the time being. And there wasn’t any space for water aerobics either. The lifeguard wasn’t paying attention to the swimmers—he was checking to see if the guests had paid for the lounge chairs in the fenced-off area. There was plenty of shade there. The rest of the guests were left out in the blazing sun. The changing rooms were locked off for the entertainment staff. All in all, I felt like I was being made a fool of and ripped off.
Never again.

The campground is beautiful and the staff is very friendly; they helped us out on the first day with some plugs we didn’t have. There’s plenty of sun☀️ and not much shade—it’s not a big deal, but when it gets really hot, it can be unbearable. Occasionally, there’s a small tree near a site, and if you set up your tent or RV that way, you’ll be able to create some shade. The campground is close to the beach—a pebble beach with beautiful chalk cliffs. Saint-Vallery-en-Caux is the village where this beach is located. The campground has a swimming pool🏊🏻‍♀️; the water is a good temperature—not too cold. There’s always something fun to do at the campground every day, such as karaoke🎤, concerts🎶, stargazing🌠, aqua Zumba, and a few other fun activities. Wi-Fi is free at the restaurant/reception area. If you want Wi-Fi at your tent, you’ll have to pay for it—by the hour, by the day, or for a whole week at once. You can’t really rent bikes🚲; she gave a vague explanation about it and said she could only rent one per family. The restrooms🚽 themselves are usually clean, but the floor is always dirty—water mixed with mud, and sometimes there’s toilet paper on the floor. There’s no toilet seat, so it’s not comfortable. The toilet paper🧻 is often out, so just to be safe, I’d recommend bringing your own. The showers🚿 are clean and feel great. One side is for men and the other for women, all in the same room. The food at the restaurant is very tasty, especially if you like pizza 🍕. I really liked the chorizo pizza! The fries🍟 were a bit greasy, though—there was a lot of grease in the container. The chicken that came with it was also delicious. You can also get ice cream 🍨—there are lots of different flavors available. You can also order all kinds of drinks, including cocktails🍸. You can order sandwiches🥐🥖🍞 too—there’s a wide variety to choose from, ranging from baguettes🥖 to croissants🥐. A patio that smells wonderfully of lavender🪻.
I definitely think it’s a great campground if you’re staying for a longer period of time. We really enjoyed our stay!!☀️

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this campground. The place is quiet, clean, and very pleasant. We received a warm welcome, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The facilities are well-maintained, and there’s everything you need for a great family vacation. My daughter had a lot of fun, and we’re leaving with some wonderful memories.

Thanks to the whole team, and a special shout-out to the manager for always being there for us! We’d love to come back, and I’d recommend this campground without hesitation!

A super fun and cozy campground!
There are friendly people there, and they always make the campground a fun place to be. I live there myself in a chalet, so I have no idea what the “rental” cabins are like. I’ve looked at other reviews, and I noticed that 9 out of 10 of them consistently give 4 or 5 stars!
It’s always a shame that the barrier works sometimes but not others. That’s why I gave 3 stars for service.

Très bon camping dans l'ensemble et une très belle semaine passée.
Nous avons commencé notre semaine en étant surclassé car nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu dans notre séjour , une très belle surprise et un geste loin d'être anodin, merci encore 🙏.
+Les aménagements, que cela soit piscine , barbecue , coin restauration, tout est parfait mais le gros plus , le coin spa qui fait vraiment la différence, avec piscine , jacuzzi, sauna au calme car réservé aux adultes.
+La restauration est très bonne , surtout la soirée burger et la soirée moule frites , belle réussite.
+Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, n'hésitant pas a nous faire de jolies gestes commercial tout au long de notre séjour .

We visited as day-trippers with our two kids. It was really great!!! There were lots of fun activities, including plenty of slides. This wasn't our first time there, and we're planning our next vacation there—but for a week this time.

Excellent camping sa fait 2 fois que ont y va et franchement rien n'a redire surtout mobilhome très propre sa fait plaisir contrairement a d'autres camping que nous avons fait. Propriétaire super personnel au top aussi ambiances familiale chaleureuse ont reviendra. Laura & Sébastien. 😉😊

It’s just not our kind of campground. The location is truly beautiful. The sea and the beaches are fantastic. The area is lively.
What we missed most was interaction with other children. Our kids love to explore the campground, but there isn’t really a central gathering spot. A small soccer field would make such a difference. For us, this was too big.
Also, the pool wasn’t ready yet. Too bad during peak season. That really was a letdown.
Not all the accommodations were rented out either. Too bad! You’d expect that during peak season.
There isn’t necessarily anything wrong, but we had different expectations.

You’ll also read a lot in reviews about noise from an open-air nightclub nearby. Yes, you can hear it all night long. Fortunately, everyone here usually slept right through it, and my earplugs worked well for me. It wasn’t a problem for us.

Above all, get out and explore. Northern Sardinia has so much to offer.
