Very disappointed: outdated mobile home: no TV, minimal kitchenware, no toaster, a patched-up shower, water that’s either scalding hot or freezing cold—no in-between. We called the front desk, and a very friendly man came over and told us the boilers are over xx years old (I don’t remember the exact number), so there’s not much they can do. He had to come when we were there because there was no spare key!
A welcome reception hosted by the winemaker where we were introduced to an activity coordinator—we didn’t see him all week! The municipal pool is only open at certain times; by the time you get back from a walk, it’s closed! On the other hand, the staff was pleasant. Mr. Manager, please avoid those cheap jokes about the Ch'tis—we’ve had enough of them thanks to Dany Boon!!!!! Otherwise, the tour with the winemaker was very informative. , so when I see your responses, sorry to say, you make me laugh —it’s going to have me laughing all day, so thanks LOL,and I was happy when you quoted me a price for two days that was more expensive than a week—we ended up staying in an Airbnb and your unrented place; we stayed in touch with our neighbor, Your responses reflect the very low standard of your establishment—passing the torch will be a good thing.

A very beautiful, quiet, and relaxing place.
The cabin in the forest was nice, although there are some areas for improvement, as noted in our satisfaction survey.
Access to the river is very easy, and the river itself is beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay and will likely return for the peace and quiet of the place.

Avevamo a disposizione parcheggio interno o esterno a nostra scelta, come ben segnalato c’è a disposizione la corrente elettrica che funziona perfettamente.
Durante la nostra permanenza c’è stato un grande acquazzone di 30 m molto intenso ma nonostante questo il terreno ha retto perfettamente non creandoci nessun problema.

Nice spot—the complex has lots of apartments and is family-friendly, especially for families with small children. Beautiful water and a cool harbor.

Unfortunately, the rooms are a disaster in terms of cleanliness—spider webs, trash on the street upon arrival, and lots of dirt. It seemed like they’d only cleaned the bare minimum. The AC doesn’t work at all—the place is as hot as a sauna—and you’re stuck with a “zoo” in the building and get bitten by bugs. There’s a small town next door, which is okay but nothing more. The beach is tiny and covered in mud, right next to a highway; the harbor, where you can swim—which is pretty cool—is barely suitable for beginners—just a ladder, that’s it.

The front desk staff is friendly, but hard to reach.

Personally, I found it very disappointing, unfortunately, especially when you consider the price.

Following a power outage from about 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the pool closed and did not reopen, despite the 38*!
The 8:30 p.m. karaoke was canceled...the 6:00 PM welcome reception went ahead at my insistent request...
During the reception, the staff was very haughty and brazen toward me in public, telling me that I could go into town for karaoke...that I could go to the lake to swim, and that I hadn’t participated in the other activities (I thought I was free to make my own choices on vacation!)
Let me remind you that I paid €640 for 4 nights and €44 for sheet rental!
Don’t bother looking for the mini-market—there are only about 15 items at the front desk...
So no entertainment was offered that evening... the staff ate quietly on the terrace with music playing... here, they forgot all about customer satisfaction!!!
I’m 60 years old and have visited many campgrounds with my family, but I’ve never seen a staff this unpleasant and so unresponsive to guests’ needs

There’s a huge problem: the pigeon infestation. Every morning you find the tents and the car covered in droppings the size of a tennis ball. It’s pretty gross having to spend an hour every day cleaning up pigeon droppings... We love everything else, but that’s what’s holding us back from coming back for another season...
and the data doesn’t work—it seems like they have signal blockers to force you to pay for Wi-Fi... I don’t understand why they don’t put cell towers nearby so we can enjoy some downtime.

We stayed there on the afternoon and evening of July 25. We loved the campground—from the beautiful facilities to the staff, who were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. As far as campgrounds go, it’s veeeery clean. The only downside was the restroom first thing in the morning because some people are really messy, but as soon as the cleaning lady arrived, everything was great.
We had a great time at the pool. We even played bingo.
The atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly. We really relaxed. We’ll definitely be back.

Quite expensive; the site has potholes, trees, and roots that make it difficult to position the RV properly, and the light outlets are quite far from the site—in our case, we had to run the cable across three sites. The bathrooms were dirty, and the pool was just average. For the daily rate, it should offer better quality.
