The apartment was luxuriously furnished and in a prime location. It was very relaxing from the very first day. The service was excellent and hassle-free. We had everything we needed.

I went swimming for the first time today.
A really fun pool with various slides, a wave pool, and a water spray tunnel—it was very pleasant to spend time there, and I'll definitely be back.

Great place to go with kids; well-located

I’ll never spend another week there. I rented a mobile home with AC, but starting at 5 p.m., there were repeated power outages that lasted the whole week. There was no game room. The campground was open to everyone near the pool because it wasn’t fenced in. I had to give it one star.

For our 4-night stay during our vacation in Spain, we chose a Trappeur tent for ourselves and our three children. The tent was perfect: spacious, very well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a small bathroom. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer advice. The pool was a big hit with our kids, who really enjoyed it. The campground is superb, the views of the Pyrenees are magnificent, and the campground is very relaxing. We also appreciated being able to go hiking right from the campground. We loved our stay!

We stayed at this campground with our caravan for about 2.5 weeks.

Pros:
- Clean and quiet campground.
- Nice pool for both adults and children (up to about 9 or 10 years old, I think).
- Good service from the staff, including at the front desk, bar, restaurant, etc. (and delicious pizzas).
- Campsite with private bathroom facilities and a refrigerator.
- Fun, enthusiastic entertainment program.

Cons:
- The campsites are quite small.
- The lake is beautiful but inaccessible because it’s very dry.
- There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area. There are lovely villages and small towns to visit, but they’re all accessible only by car, and larger cities are quite a distance away.
- Prices at the campground are quite high.

All in all, we had a nice vacation, but 2.5 weeks at this spot was a bit too long. One week would have been perfect. One recommendation would be to add some playground equipment for small children. What’s there now is actually too big and too high.

Very good experience we had there! Nice pools, good apartments, nice staff!

What a shame!! It’s actually a nice campground, but the service and customer focus are slipping. We made our reservation a year in advance and even noted in the comments that we needed a mobile home with double beds arranged as bunk beds—not two single beds. We were told this last year at the front desk because we’d already had the same problem then. We called again three weeks before arrival to remind them. When we arrived, of course, we didn’t get what we’d requested. They told us everything was booked up. That was a lie—we looked around and there were plenty of spots available. June 26: We arrived, and the place was still pretty quiet. Plus, just like last year, there were no sheets or pillowcases for the fourth person…. It’s just frustrating that you book so early, make notes, call, and then nothing works out… Last year they were willing to meet us halfway on the price, but not this year—especially since I sent two emails during our stay that went unanswered. What’s the point of the notes if they don’t matter?
