It’s AMAZING for spending lots of days unplugged. I went with my three kids (ages 9, 10, and 12) and they had a blast. There’s a really great camp counselor (Sonia, thank you. The kids miss you), which allowed my husband and me to just relax and watch them have fun without any worries.
We stayed on a campsite with electricity and a picnic table. It was very flat, so setting up the tent and sleeping was really easy. The bar service, staffed by friendly, multilingual young men and women, created an atmosphere where communication was easy and the service was attentive. We’re from Madrid, and the campground was well-located for visiting Santiago and other cities we were interested in. We felt safe at the campground (it’s so hard to feel that way when you’re on vacation). We met some really nice families. The sports facilities and equipment give it that lively, active vibe—all outdoors. The playground for the kids is very well built. The bathrooms—wow! Excellent and always clean. So if you like a place surrounded by nature where you can wake up to the sound of birds and aren’t bothered by bugs, this is the ideal spot. Seriously, don’t think twice. Thanks to the fantastic staff (Pedro, Sergio, Carmen, and everyone else whose names I didn’t catch), we always felt well taken care of.
It was an unforgettable vacation, and we hope to return to this one or any other in your chain. A huge hug.

After reading many reviews about dirtiness, etc.... I have no complaints whatsoever. We stayed in a 7-person deluxe bungalow with a sauna, hot tub, toilet, and shower downstairs and upstairs, and everything looked clean. The rooms were nicely laid out and came with a spacious terrace.
We’ve now experienced it all for ourselves! We’ll be going back there again next year.

To all the staff: keep up the great work! Huge compliments on how you maintain the park, organize activities, interact so nicely with the kids, and especially for your kindness!!!

We were very satisfied with our vacation. It’s a pleasant campground, very close to the sea. The pool is large and clean, with plenty of lounge chairs. Perhaps they could add a few umbrellas to help us get through heat waves—the shade helps keep the ground from getting too hot (it was scorching). The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our mobile home was very clean and functional. You’ll need to bring extension cords and power strips if you want to blow-dry your hair in the bathroom. As for waste and compost management, there’s a bin available in the mobile home, but the composting area at the campground entrance isn’t easily accessible to everyone. You have to lift a large wooden plank, which is quite heavy. You have to hold the plank and tip out the contents of the bin while avoiding flies and wasps, which might put some people off and makes it impossible for children to dispose of waste. But this is really just a minor point, as there’s nothing negative to say. We’ll be happy to come back!

The activity leaders are the rays of sunshine at the campground—Claire and Lisa are the best!

A disappointment compared to previous years... the entertainment program was completely absent, with kids wandering around listlessly and staring at their cell phones (last year, even though it was the same agency, they got both kids and adults involved), and the windsurfing instructor was nowhere to be found...These offers are listed on the website but don’t exist in reality… where I’m from, this is a scam. The pools are clean and well-maintained, but they close at 6 p.m.—way too early (would it really cost that much to pay the lifeguard for one more hour??). Cleanliness is okay, and the restaurant is still decent… the place remains beautiful, but there’s a sense of decline compared to previous years (the trailers where the stage used to be—what a sad sight). It’s a shame, but I don’t think we’ll be back next year. Best regards

The campground is in a great location on Île de Ré, but the main issue was the lack of cleanliness when we arrived at the eco-tent: a used sanitary pad at the bottom of the bathroom trash can; dirty cutlery and kitchen utensils, and other issues… We got the impression that no cleaning is done after guests check out—which is what we noticed ourselves after we left.
