The rooms are dirty, and we had to wait four hours for our house; many things are broken, like part of the loft bed and the floor; everything is crammed together (the rooms are way too small and cramped); there are spiders and moths everywhere,it stinks of toilet water and trash—not a good place; you don’t feel comfortable here in the evening.

We have mixed feelings about this campground.
General:
- good location and quiet setting.
- after returning the keys, we were charged €14 for towels, even though we had already paid that amount. The front desk staff hadn’t warned us that they would charge us this amount when we picked up the keys. It was resolved quickly, but be careful—you might end up paying twice.
First unit:
- VERY dirty (floor, utensils, pet hair and human hair on the toilet and sink…), front door that wouldn’t close (when we asked to switch accommodations the next day for safety reasons, the receptionist hesitated, even though there were plenty of units available).
Second unit:
- Clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Super camping

A beautiful campground with spacious, shaded (superior) sites, facilities that are always clean, and well-maintained beach volleyball courts.

The place is really cool. The experience is very well put together. Everything fits together perfectly. The restaurant is great, and the prices are reasonable—nothing out of control. The staff provided excellent service. The pool wasn’t crowded at all (though it isn’t very big), and the cove accessible from the campground is stunning. We had a fantastic time… though I have to say that the campsites are a bit small. We booked a PLUS site, and it’s really more suited for a camper van than a trailer. With a 5-meter-long, 2.40-meter-wide caravan, we couldn’t put out the awning because there wasn’t enough room. Plus, it has a structure with a “pole in the middle” that doesn’t help much, and it makes maneuvering impossible. In our case, it didn’t matter because we were a couple traveling without kids. Next time, we’ll book a bigger one. Take this as general information to help you book with confidence, not as a criticism. The place is really cool. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff is friendly and energetic, both at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, a disappointing stay. For a price of over €2,000 for 11 nights in a bungalow, there were an unusually large number of issues upon our arrival: no reliably hot water (first scalding hot, then only ice-cold; external service technicians had to be called in for repairs), a leak or recurring puddle of water in the bathroom next to the toilet, which was also wobbly; a broken stair step; a terrace railing that had broken several times; and additional defects involving a light switch, a patio chair, and the kitchen faucet. In our opinion, some of the visible defects in particular should have been noticed and fixed before our arrival. The hot water problems, the broken step, and the damaged patio railing posed a risk of injury to us and our children.
On the positive side: After we filed a complaint, most of the defects were eventually fixed in a timely manner. However, the light switch is still defective, and there is now a puddle in the bathroom again.
The communication was also particularly disappointing: Despite extensive correspondence, our request for a reasonable price reduction—due to the significant limitations and the additional time required, with up to four contractors working on the bungalow at the same time—has not been addressed at all.
Overall, for this price, we had expected significantly higher quality, better oversight before our arrival, and better customer service.
