A very welcoming place, top-notch staff, a kindness that you don't see much of these days. We were delighted with our stay at Camping Paradis, a very pretty campsite, with everything you need on site, the Intermarché store right next to the campsite for unexpected shopping, and access to the river right on the campsite! We'll be back for sure! Thanks to all the team, who were great with us 🌹

We stayed at the campsite for 3 nights and booked a mobile home directly through HU. We were satisfied. Two very nice pool areas, free train within the complex and very friendly helpful staff. Florence half an hour away by train. Car can be parked for free at the train station

-We stonden met caravan op viseilandveld. Jammer dat er geen terras meer is aan de haven, deze was kapot=,onveilige houten vlonder. Douchen is nog met muntjes, WiFi is slecht en kampeerders hebben maar 4 ampère stroom wat zeer weinig is. Het water in de hoek bij de haven is erg vuil. +Zwem/ visvijver is heel groot, leuk strandje en leuke cafe/ trefpunt met biljart,dart,bowling flipperkast.

We returned for the second time and are already booking our third year here. Everything is wonderfully organized and clean, the entertainment program during the day was very nice, especially at the pools, and the mini disco in the evening was great. What can I say, many thanks to everyone!

Absolutely disappointing experience. It is clearly stated on the camp site that access is closed from 00:00 to 07:00, but that exceptions are possible if agreed in advance. Precisely because of this, upon arrival I immediately informed the staff that on the day of my departure I would have to leave the campground before 07:00 in order to participate in a competition, the main reason for my journey of more than 1,300 km from France to Italy. I was told to return to the front desk the day before departure and that we would find a solution. I followed the directions I received, but when I returned I was simply told that the rules are the rules and that the campground remains closed until 07:00 without exception. The consequence? In order to get to my competition on time, I was forced to leave the campground at midnight, effectively giving up the last night, which I still had to pay for in full. I do not dispute the existence of a regulation; I dispute the total lack of consistency and professionalism. If there were no exceptions, it should have been enough to say so from day one. Instead, I was wasted time by being made to believe that a solution would be found. Unserious service, lack of attention to customers and no willingness to meet a request communicated well in advance. I absolutely do not recommend this campground.

Clearly overpriced, the campsite is far too big and the activities are scattered all over the place, which makes for a mediocre experience (it's so big that there are plenty of children's games on paper, but they're all scattered around the campsite so that everyone has access to something, but it's not worth walking 20 minutes around the campsite to get to the ones further away. Might as well have a big playground or swimming pool in the same place, for example, rather than this, because in the end everything's average). Pool loungers charged (€4 per lounger) even though we had the campsite wristbands. Restaurant at the pool overpriced. We won't be going back to a Valamar campsite (maybe the others are better, but we were so disappointed by this one that we'd rather avoid it in the future). We had booked a pitch with a jacuzzi, which is good, but you just need a small outside shower to be able to rinse off on the way out (the sanitary blocks being very far away, it's really not practical). However, the staff are very friendly. To conclude, of course it's on paper, but to be avoided for easy vacations, as you have to walk 20 minutes between each pool carrying all your stuff, a campsite with everything on site that ends up being a city where everything is far away and very expensive (they take advantage of it once you've crossed everything, so we won't go any further.....).

Larger campsite. You can pick your own place except the places right by the sea which are all reserved. Clean sanitary facilities. Nice base to visit Pula, a really beautiful city. Great for cycling from the campsite.

We spent 5 days in a mobile home, which was tidy and modern. The equipment was in order and only lacked simple utensils such as a sieve and a proper knife for cutting. The surrounding area offers many possibilities. In the outdoor pool, the floors of the pools should be urgently renewed, especially in the children's pool. The play facilities are great. Prices in the restaurants are not commensurate with the service. The friendliness is mixed. But what is an absolute criterion for us NOT to recommend the place is that children under the age of 8 are not allowed in the indoor pool without swimming aids. Only when children have the bronze badge. Even though we assured them that we would never let our daughter with 2 swimming badges into the water alone, we were threatened with being thrown out in the presence of our daughter. Our daughter was so upset that she no longer wanted to go swimming. Forcing a child to wear a swimming aid again was not an option for us. You take a step backwards and the child can no longer pursue her favorite activity of diving. Even the consultation at reception, where we were not the first with this issue, did not solve the problem. Reacting like this in the presence of a child is absolutely unprofessional, even if the laws in the Netherlands stipulate that the swimming supervisor is responsible. We would have liked to visit this campsite again, but under the circumstances we will not be returning.

Booking confirmed, then canceled at short notice - totally unreliable I had made a reservation and called the campsite immediately afterwards to find out whether the pitch was available. The employee expressly confirmed to me that the pitch was reserved and secured. Only on the day of departure - after I had already packed and planned everything - did I receive an email that my booking had been canceled. No prior notice, no explanation, no alternative solution. When I called to clarify the problem, I was simply told that there was no more space. No apology, no offer of compensation or alternative solution - just a terse "no room". A telephone promise is a promise of trust. Anyone who treats guests like this should not be surprised that trust is permanently lost. I cannot recommend this campsite. I would prefer to give it 0 stars - unfortunately Google does not allow this. 1 star is already too much for this service.

The resort has potential, but unfortunately falls well short of expectations. You no longer get the advertised boutique experience. The resort has become quite large in the meantime and is therefore correspondingly lively. In addition, the resort attracts large groups of people who like to drink and have no regard for other guests or quiet times. As a result, it feels more like a Ballermann resort than a relaxing vacation. Our lodge was also quite noisy, as it is centrally located on the main road. In addition, a window could not be closed properly due to a defect, which meant that all noises from outside - children, passers-by, music, cars - could be clearly heard inside at any time of day or night. The room - which was actually nicely furnished - was only superficially clean and urgently needed a deep clean (see photos). In addition, there were already clear signs of wear and tear. The beds also looked worn out. In general, too little attention is paid to the maintenance of the basic facilities. The charging stations were not usable, one of the two public saunas was broken and there were several problems with the jacuzzis: During the reserved pool and jacuzzi time, the jacuzzis were being cleaned and therefore could not be used despite prior booking. On another visit, the jacuzzi was also extremely dirty and in a state of hygiene that also made it impossible to use. It is particularly disappointing not to find a usable jacuzzi twice despite having made a reservation. The park is officially considered vehicle-free at certain times and dogs must be kept on a lead. In practice, both are regularly ignored without the staff paying attention. The beach bar was closed and therefore unusable; the area was also heavily covered in duckweed. Overall, the location actually has great potential. Unfortunately, in our view, the resort does not manage to exploit this potential through sufficient care, maintenance and organization.

It is cozy here and we feel we are in good hands. Everything you need is available braucht🤸‍♂️
